As a sales agent, you are the front line in customer service. You are the person that they will depend on to fulfill requests/inquiries and provide services that best meet their needs. To do this, you will take orders, offer services and provide support in person and via telephone or email. Enterprise hired you to best represent the company but you've been misrepresenting them. Super important for my small business. Richard was committed to helping me get approved for financing even though my credit was not good (ex friend got her car repossessed and it was under my name) I was able to drive away with the car after 5/6 long trying hours. One thing I will say: when I took the car for a test drive I noticed a "side door open" dash sign on and i didn't think much of it. However when it was time to drive off the side door sign was still going off and wouldn't turn off even though I slammed and gently shut the door. This ended up causing the battery to die overnight. I had to jumpstart the car and replace the battery myself. I was so worried I was sold a lemon but it was on me for not pointing out the warning sign. So let this be a sign to not ignore ANY dashboard light or any concern from a car! Richard had offered to fix any problem that occurred within 30 days but of course it was Memorial Day weekend and Richard responded on Tuesday. I didn't have time to wait for his response so I had to figure out the problem and attempt to fix myself as I had work on Tuesday. FYI: The "side door open" is a common issue in ford transits, I discovered. It's due to a sensitive door sensor and there's an easy diy fix to it that I had to YouTube about.
