I knew right away that this would be a job well done and was not disappointed. He covered everything right down. He did a pre-inspection on the home that I most recently purchased and I found his inspection thorough enough so that I didn't bother getting my own inspection and I haven't regretted that decision. On another note, Ed recently came out to a sale of mine when a well head couldn't be located. Through 2 feet of snow Ed helped us locate the buried well.
