We had the pleasure of meeting with Cale Herell, he stopped by one afternoon the day after I signed with ADT. Honestly the day before I had called Reliant, Vivint, ADT and checked into Ring and a few other local security companies and spent the better part of my Monday on the phone. ADT was the last person I talked to Twice. The first time the rep was not knowledgeable, so I gave up but then I got a call back from who was supposed to be an area manager and turned out to be someone from corporate. Any ways long story short she gave me a higher price than what I had seen online by a few hundred dollars, but I was so tired by this time I agreed to get it over with so I could start dinner. Fast forward to the next day when Cale showed up, I was already completely over dealing with home security at this point and almost dismissed him right away! He was very nice and convinced us to hear him out. He worked very hard on our package and got us what we were getting before for way less than what we would have been charged. Equipment as well as our monthly monitoring price. Not to mention the indoor cameras are hardwired CCTV with a DVR and all ADT had was bookshelf cameras that plug into an outlet. This will make monitoring our children as well as our house so much more secure and easy! Not to mention that's what we originally wanted! Cale when above and beyond for us from helping us cancel our install with ADT to giving us his personal number in case we needed any help in the future with our system. We had a great TEAM from Allied who worked with us from the very beginning. David was our sales agent and did a terrific job working with me to get the system we needed. I called several times before making my decision and David spent the time I needed to ensure my questions were answered. Zeke was our camera installation technician. Talk about SMART, nice, and very patient! I had ideas where I wanted the cameras placed. Zeke was willing to place them in those locations but offered his advice. Of course, he's the professional and after his explanations I realized he was right. It was such a pleasure watching him work his magic to get the cameras installed. I couldn't be happier with the service provided!! Matt was here right at the beginning of our window and was so knowledgeable. He installed things beautifully and even cleaned up any filings that fell on the floor! He walked me through all of the technology and made sure to give me a detailed orientation on how to properly use the system. We did have some issues due to the construction of my home, but Matt worked through them.
