Started out great. Randy came to remove damaged awning and agreed to repair awning from storm…read moredamage. Then according to Randy my roof also was damaged so my insurance company also covered that. I chose to upgrade roof and paid all around directly for that. Went south after that as Randy agreed to fix a laundry list of things wrong in my camper that I have been hoping to find someone who would come repair onsite in rural area of UP. So I went thru old emails and notes from working with manufacturer and dealer for travel trailer. When they arrived I went thru all the items with Randy including a non working toilet he guided me into disconnecting to stop the leak. I had a broken recliner and while I was standing in front of it Randy released it and bruised and cut my leg. I ran down the list of items and left for home with confidence these two would repaid all the items on my list and I would pay directly for those. I gave them the insurance check and basically never heard from them again. I kept calling Randy, I'd get a text saying he's super busy, it's the weekend, he's backed up etc Finally after weeks of this the partner calls and tells me he knew nothing of all these other repairs that was all Randy. Well Randy never called or responded. The partner promised Randy would call multiple times. Never happened. I demanded info on the roof so I could register it for warranty and was sent some pics by the partner and a link to register my roof. Then I said I planned to write a review and was sent this lovely text... So in a nutshell I'm not sure why they had me make a list, get manufactures info a huge waste of time if they only planned to do insurance work and leave me with a bunch of minor items broken including the toilet. Very confusing that they seemed so great at first and then just ghost you once they had their insurance checks. All they had to say is I don't do all that other stuff But to assure me that would all be handled and then just ghost a person is lousy. I'd look elsewhere for repair folks if I were you...

The police picked this tow company, and I was a nervous wreck after being hit. They wanted me off the highway quickly and didn't give me time to capture pictures. After I got to this tow yard and tried to take pictures of my vehicle, the old man literally slammed the gate in my face. They refused to let me retrieve my work equipment and initially wouldn't allow me to take photos of my vehicle until they were essentially forced to. They showed no compassion or understanding and made an already difficult experience even worse. I hope no one has to deal with having their vehicle towed here.
