They scheduled us several weeks out from our call and all seemed fine until the day Cape Cod Septic Services was due to arrive. We were told to expect the truck between 8 and 11 so work schedules and such were arranged so someone was home. At 9 the office calls to say the driver is ill and the job will be done tomorrow/Saturday morning between 8 and 10. Guess what - after changing plans for yet another day no one comes, no one phones and calls made are not returned. We thought perhaps we got the message wrong and they would be coming Monday morning. If you're thinking -they didn't show again - you would be correct and still no phone call returning our calls from Saturday nor any explanation as to why no one showed. Our recommendation is skip this company and the hassles and go with Ready Rooter.

The first guy to come told us we needed risers and that he would come back in a few days. After he canceled appointments 4 times, we called every other septic inspector on the list. William Harvey was the only one who responded. He came the day after we contacted him. He completed the work within 2 days and sent us the completed inspection report 2 days after that. As to the rest of the inspectors on the list, it has been 2 weeks since we called them and none of them even returned our calls. Bill Harvey and his wife Jean run a class-act business and are great people to deal with. They kept us informed and charged less than the no-show guy was going to. Though we had located certain materials we wished to have used during our remodel, we were advised that by doing this we would lose out on his one year warranty which made sense and as such we allowed for Capewide to purchase all materials. Yet just a few months after the job was completed we had serious issues with the materials Capewide used as in they were defective. We made endless attempts to reach Joao, phone calls, text messages, emails and calls to his office all produced zero results. If your looking for a friendly "talker", Joao fits that category....beyond that we would strongly advise against using him. If I could give zero stars I would.

Our lot is difficult to access in terms of elevation drops and narrow passages, and yet it turned out to be possible thanks to Ed team's skills and what seems to be a really wide range of available machinery. The tank cover was not reinstalled correctly and I sit here today 9 months later with a tank full of dirt. This time when I called and left a message I did not get a return call. I called again 3 hours later and they said they would call me in the morning. Never called! I called several times this morning and could not get through. It is now late afternoon and no response. I called a competent company and they returned my call and sent a technician out before CC Septic has even talked to me. The service is terrible and the technicians incompetent! Would not recommend this company to anyone.
