Meant to write this review so long ago. Flatbed towed my car to my house. It was affordable and came with great service! I would definitely call them again. Also, my neighbor called up and scheduled an appointment same day with no hassle whatsoever, and the Ray showed up right at the scheduled time to retrieve his car. Asked for paint & respray on a front & rear lip, absolutely came out perfect! Specifically asked for one part on the rear to stay black and paint the rest and they even color matched with the color code on my door. The front lip also had some wear from me using it before coming to them and they added filler and took out the scratches like it was brand new! This place is fraudulent and unethical! They towed our car from in front of our house on a PUBLIC street without notice. We reported our car stolen only to find out from the police 3 hours later that it was reported as a "private property tow". A lie! When we arrived the next day to retrieve our vehicle, they refused to provide the tow authorization or other paperwork. We emailed them requesting it from management and still haven't received anything. This business is in a shady office with no permits posted, hours of operation or pricing. I had a truly frustrating and infuriating experience with Allies towing and I feel compelled to warn others about their unprofessional and illegal practices. This towing company illegally entered our apartment complex, which is private property, and towed a vehicle without the proper authorization from the landlord. Our complex has an exclusive contract with another towing company, whose signage is clearly visible at the entrance of the gate, so there's no question about who is authorized to tow vehicles here. When I called allied towing to address the situation, I spoke with the impound manager, who falsely claimed that a tenant had given him permission to tow the vehicle. I clarified that only I, as the agent of the landlord, have the authority to authorize any towing, and the manager's response was shockingly unprofessional. This company has no respect for property rights or professional standards, and their refusal to cooperate or acknowledge their mistake only made matters worse. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using Allied towing as they clearly operate without regard for legal procedures or customer service. Worst towing company I've ever encountered! read more

Amazing service Michael is very kind and helpful. He goes above and beyond what he supposed to do. I was involved in a car crash and my insurance company was taking forever to get me a tow truck so I did a google search and came across Allied. I gave them a call and I was politely greeted by David who helped me schedule a tow truck for my vehicle and was able to get the truck to me within 20 minutes. He then transferred me to Michael who did an outstanding job helping me with my damaged vehicle. The tow was a more than reasonably priced and the customer service was unmatched. The driver took my car that was supposedly staying in Sunnyvale and going literally 1 mile up the road to a Tesla dealership instead takes it all the way to Hayward 32 miles away. I jumped out of his tow truck for one minute and he just drove off with my car still on his flatbed, it was like nothing I had ever seen before. He then proceeds to go through everything in my car and bent my Tesla car key/folded it into four pieces (see picture below). Please never ever do business with them, there are so many other choices out there. Stay far far away from this business and you'll be fine. This is a serious warning. It was a struggle going through insurance so I called around found this company and will use them for future tows as well! The owner Mustafa is a great guy very knowledgeable helpful and really cares about by situation. He wasn't the typical tow company owner that sounds missable and hates his job. I called Mercury for roadside assistance due to my vehicle overheating on the right shoulder of I-880 S. I was given a 60 minute via text from Allied Tow. After an hour and 20 minutes of waiting I decided to risk driving home. Exactly 1 hour and 45 minutes after placing the original call for service I receive a call from the driver that he is looking for me?!?! After receiving an ETA of 30-45 minutes, we got a text an hour later, giving the cost (after insurance) of the tow, to which we agreed. They also asked us to call them & then they proceeded to hang up on us 3x! The driver (who was good) showed up 2+ hours after initial call & we later learned that they dispatched him from afar. The fee they charged us WITH INSURANCE was more expensive than others were charging with no insurance. And, on top of the higher fee, they charge 5% to use a credit card, or you have to pay cash, which you probably don't have with you if you're stranded & in need of a tow. I have never heard of a credit card % being so high. read more

If I could I would give 0 stars. I used this place twice and both times was disappointing. The first time i needed my car towed from my job to my house and when I paid the driver he stated they didn't give receipts that I needed to contact the company and they would mail me a copy. I tried calling and texting the company and they took hours to answer. After calling several times and sending several text to the number they told me to they finally sent me my receipt. The second time, I needed my car towed from my house to the shop that was going to be working on it. I called and made arrangements the night before. I wanted a tow truck at my house at 8:30 and the Alex, the person who was answering phones stated that they recommend me waiting 30 min after the shop opens to give the company time to set up. We agreed they would show up at my house at 9:30. I understand things happen and you run late. The driver got here near 10, and I was going to follow behind him to get to the shop. He started driving in the opposite direction so I called to let him know he was going the wrong way. The driver stated he had to pick up his wife first and take her to work. I was literally waiting at the shop 30 min before he showed up. Then I had the same issue with the receipt. I texted them as soon as I paid that I wanted a copy of my receipt. Hours passed and still I didn't have a copy. After 4 hrs, I decided to call the company. Like always, Alex answered and sounded very annoyed and rude after he found out I was calling for my receipt. He put me on hold for several minutes and after the second time of being placed on hold, I finally got a copy of the receipt. I shouldn't have to call/text multiple times to get a copy of my receipt. I got a flat tire on the highway, one of the scariest experiences I have ever had in a car. When I pulled over on the shoulder I was too scared to get out and look. Allied Towing came to the rescue within 25 minutes. The dispatcher calmed me down and made sure I was parked in a safe place. The driver was friendly, quick, and efficient.
