If you're looking for something more than just a business that will deal with you, but more like a family or friend that takes care of you and will hook you up specially treating you like it's personal, this place is what you want! I had a minor incident that left considerable scratches, markings, and a small dent or two on my 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander (not white). I dropped by just to get an estimate, and even though I didn't make an appointment, Elias was cool & considerate enough to still take me and checked it out. Where one collision repair shop in Fruitvale estimated $1800 (to take the whole panel off and work it), and another in Hayward estimated over $500, Elias hooked me up with the MOST unbelievable subtracting discount! I think & imagine I would only see something reserved to be offered in that degree given to a business owners' personal family or friends! To add to the exceptional, he and his guy offered to take care of me right there and then even though it was the late in the day (and it's not like I didn't see other cars being worked on too). I waited with him in his office, and we were just shooting the breeze. Elias is just the coolest, chillest, most laid back, most personable guy. A guy that's eager to do you a favor, do what he can for you; completely why you can see how I described him/them as an establishment/person that will treat & take care of you like a family or friend. And if you are big dog lover like I am, there's a bonus with his office/business, and I loved hanging out with him and his dog (I think his name was Jake). That dog is just a big teddy bear that just wants your attention and to play with you. In the end, for what he offered to do it for and considering it was just what they were able to fit in late in the day, I would say it got back to 98% there (so much so I even offered to give more $, which he wouldn't take [would only accept this Yelp review and pets to the dog]). To the extent that when I very apprehensively/fearfully showed it to my very scrutinizing-type wife, she accepted it and even took to it without having me take it back and get any more work done (to complete it by the last 2 percent; get it to the full 100%)! This goes to show that this place is as surprisingly impressive and proficient as I was surprised by my very scrutinizing wife's acceptance & approval. Couple notes about this place -- try not to park in the back, they do work there with cars coming in & out (it's not just for temporarily placing cars like I thought haha); just park in front of the garage opening (he prefers it right outside his office to see what has to be done). Also, as mentioned before, it's best to make an appointment even for an estimate. Elias (and Jake[?]) and his guy (I really wish I got his name; because I highly doubt I would've gotten such an awesome outcome if he wasn't willing as well) are the best! Unfortunately, some unscrupulous woman decided to back up into my PARKED car and drive off. My car is less than a year old, a virgin, never even had as much as a rock chip or scratch, was slightly dented. After looking around at different auto body shops, I landed on Reliance. Excellent service and a truly great experience with Ismail. I brought in my Tesla Model 3 because the passenger-side door was misaligned and would not close properly after the open door had struck an object. Ismail took a look right away and asked one of his mechanics to bring the car in for a closer inspection. Within about 15 minutes, they identified the issue as a simple misalignment, adjusted the door, and had it closing normally again. What impressed me most was the difference compared with a couple of other auto shops I had visited. They told me I would need to leave the car overnight just for an estimate, that the door might need to be removed, parts could need to be ordered, and the repair could take 10-15 days. Ismail was able to resolve the issue in less than 15 minutes without replacing any parts. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help. During the first week of January 2026, our car was involved in an accident. The damage was minimal but we had to find a good body shop to fix the car outside of insurance. I got to work with Elias! He is the man! Reliance Auto Collision took care of my 2024 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. My truck was unfortunately hit while parked. The other driver's insurance took full responsibility. Elias and his team made sure to not cut any corners. They fully inspected my vehicle and reported all damages. At first the insurance adjuster only estimated what seemed to be cosmetic damage. I'm a safe driver, haven't had any accident in 30 years until last July. Geico customer service was amazingly good (never had to use all these years). My car was well kept since new and now it's damaged, I was worried that it wouldn't look the same after it's fixed although the car still drives normal with the damage. Geico's agent recommended a body shop in Fremont, not too far from my house, I took the car to get the estimate. I also read all the reviews of a few shops around me. I found this shop with 100% reviews with quite a few reviews (114), so I called and made an appointment afterwork for an estimate. Elias and his brother Masood are the managers of this establishment, from the outside, it doesn't look like a nice building, just a yard with many damaged cars, I was a little skeptical but after meeting with Elias and his brother, I felt much safer. These 2 are extremely pleasant and confident by the way they interacted with me. I went inside to look at the equipments and talked about the quality of their work. Elias is a final inspector before he delivers any cars, he has good eyes and high integrity, he wouldn't deliver anything until he sees the car is done to his standard which pleases me. The day I dropped the car, he was delivering a car that looks like new, I asked about the damage and the owner seemed to be extremely happy. I confirmed with Elias that I've been driving the car and nothing was wrong with it mechanically, I wanted to make sure when I received the car, it should drive the same way because I've read on Yelp that at a few places, the car wasn't performing as good as before it was fixed. Elias smiled and ensured me that he'll make sure of that before he delivers my car. About the time promised, I and my family planned a trip to Vegas on 8/27 and I asked to be done by then, it's only a few weeks away which Elias had to order parts (used hood) and other components from the dealer, it's quite tight to promise but he did. After a week after taking everything out, he needed to contact the adjuster for some additional work, he updated the progress with me right away. He worked parallel somehow and got my car done a week earlier than promised although he had many other projects. I was also skeptical since he had it done so quickly. Yes, there were some original labels from the dealer hadn't come yet, I came back the next Monday to get them put on since they came early. When I picked up the car, it was like new, my car was never detailed and he did it inside and out, it drives like it was before I brought it in. That's a bonus which I'd never expected. I got into an accident, and what made it worse was that this was a hit and run. I had no details of the other driver or car, and to be honest I didn't even take the best before pictures because I was just so shocked. I filed a report with my insurance and they gave me a list of collision centers that were booked over the next two to four weeks. Reliance Auto Collision and Rental was the first shop I called and they told me that they could take a look at my car the same day. They even found damage that I didn't initially see on my car when I first looked at it after the accident.
