I really appreciated that the food was vegan so I was able to eat something. Penny and Celeste are the owners and they did such a great job with this event. They were very personable and took the time to get to know their clients. I checked their next event and its vision boards. You click their link on their instagram bio. You pay to reserve a spot. When they are not doing events, they also do haircuts, facials, waxes, body scrubs, and more! They have a cute little store inside with their brand where they sell different things such as face masks, clothing, cards, and tote bags. We will definitely be back to do their other events. This was my 1st time coming to the relocated boutique off Imperial Highway & Yorba Linda Road. Same plaza as EL poLLo Loco or Subway a few doors away. She loves them adorable plushie company that makes the cutest adorable so cuddly and soft Plush. They gave it all including tennis balls and pickle ball too! They have an Embroidery GaL that can embroider your special items you've shopped for and want to personalize it. Located at the Holiday Boutique Shop. I'll need to make my way to their original store right across the building, same Plaza. Associates are so friendly here. I have to applause them for having to deal with a few of the difficult customers that I have witness when I'm in the store weekly. Those customers not only want free samples all the time, but regularly tries to return half used products AND holding up the check-out line(without any respect to other customers) while demanding to get their way. Witnessing these makes me thankful for my job as an independent stylist that I can refuse service to those unrealistic clients. I would never let those people in my chair to waste my time. They also sell hair extensions, human and synthetic for affordable and I LOVE these because it is nearly impossible to find hair anywhere else. The customer service is also great, there have been a couple of times where I came across a bad batch of wax, and they gladly exchanged it no questions asked even without my receipt. For people that are complaining about the policy be courteous and they will help you; if you come in with an attitude you will get back what you came in with. So goodluck.
