Been here every now and then because they have cute trinkets, nice stuff from Mexico. In all honesty, the shop is cute and the items are nice. The store is on the smaller size but you can find pretty much what you're looking for. I believe i have been here a total of 8 times, usually when we are having lunch in one of the many great restaurants nearby. This time I purchased 2 small hand painted turtles for my grandkids. I thought they were adorable the way the head sticks out, they are beautiful. The reason for my low rated 2 star review is because i was short changed this last visit. I had the make cashier, it was my first time seeing him there, it's usually a female. He was friendly and nice that i will be honest about. The turtles are 2.50 each, for 2 it should have been about 6 dollars. I paid with a 20, received only 5 dollars back in 1 dollar bills. I trusted him, didn't count my change because I have never had issues. It was wrapped with the receipt, put it in my wallet and went on my way. The reason I noticed is because i was gonna use the change to tip the waiter at the restaurant. That's how i noticed i did t receive the correct change. I hate to write this but i am absolutely positive i was given the wrong change. Could it have been an accident? Possibly but it didn't sit well with me. As cute as the store is, we will not be back.

I will NEVER go back here again, which is disappointing because my daughter happened to find a dress she wanted and I would have bought. While my daughter was in the changing room, trying on 4 dresses, in the course of 12 minutes, yes 12 minutes (I checked my phone when I sent a text when she first went in the room) the owner came up and asked when we would be done because another customer needed to use the room 4, that's right four, times. I told the lady she had 4 dresses and only tried on one the first time she asked. I don't know what she wanted us to do. I know reading this doesn't sound like that big of a deal, but her attitude was so unbelievably rude to us and her coming back felt borderline harassment. It felt like she was encouraging us to leave. I later saw the couple who were browsing the store when we left (who wanted to try on a garment), and I was happy to see that it looked like they didn't buy anything. They lost a sale to us by their impatience and rude attitude.
