I assumed he would charge for the follow-up visit, but there were no additional charges; I really appreciated his honesty. Recently, I had a text dialog with Russ and found out that Fuse service's HVAC systems as well. I agreed to an annual maintenance plan, but didn't plan on having them out until fall. A few weeks later, while I was out of town in July, I got a message from my Ecobee thermostat indicating that the A/C wasn't working. I texted Russ about this and he showed up after 6PM on a Saturday, the same day I texted him about the issue! He figured out what was wrong right away and just folded the service call into my annual service plan which was, as before with the dishwasher, very generous and much appreciated. I'm literally excited to have Fuse Service as my go to place for appliance repair and HVAC maintenance. I'm used to businesses asking me to write positive Yelp reviews and I don't mind that. But, Fuse did not ask me to write my review.

Pete was my service tech who came in to my home and knew exact what to do. Because my dishwasher was installed incorrectly in the first place, he encounter parts that had been jerri-rigged (a right hand clip put in on the left hand side of dishwasher, and a copper pipe instead of a flexible water pipe). I watched him struggle to remove and replace the dishwasher in an opening that was too small. The job took longer than he had expected an another customer called and was very upset because he was running late. However, Pete did not do a half-butt job for me by trying short me in service. He finished and tested the dish washer, clean-up after himself and was off to complete his rounds. Thanks Pete Employees like him are hard to find and under appreciated. Companies should realize that a good or bad employee becomes the face and reputation of their company. Judging by the other reviews employers need to take note.
