I…read morecould not be home so my mom was home and they told her it needed a motor... something didnt sound right it less than 3 years old they wanted 1/2 upfront (260.00) now they said if i go with the work they waive the 79.00 charge ... which they just throw in the price... so i am looking at a 600.00 work plus part. AND AND to boot they only were giving me 30 day warranty on probably a refurbished motor ......( anyone who gives you 30 day warranty is not confident in their own work ) .... nope ! so i call Ricci Washer and Dryer service ,Mark ( owner and operator) came out and was amazing said it was a thermal fuse NOT a motor. SO i ended up paying 250. i know i over paid a bit but I would rather give it to a guy for his business than these crooks. but wait it gets better so I stopped payment on the check and i called A+ to pay the stupid 79.00 trip charge. they send me the link via text i pay it and i get a confirmation number that i paid it ..... everyday since the PAYMENT (Aug 4th ) they have sent me text messages with an "outstanding invoice". I called yesterday to tell them listen stop sending me this crap. spoke to maria and she said she sees the payment and there must be a glitch in the system i said that not my problem she tells me to "chill... chill" that flew me to the moon. i flip out on her and she tells me to block them so i dont get text anymore. wait what ?! So not only their techs have no clue what they are doing, none of them speak english, and and they (Maria) completely unprofessional telling customers to "chill.. chill" then she tells me to have a blessed day bullshit... she need the lord ! oh and by the way if anyone would like to call Ricci washer and dryer plesae call 815-690-7384!you willl not regret it ! however, you will if you call A+ Appliance !!!

I called on a Friday morning based on their Yelp reviews. Once I explained my situation, Tom assured me he'd pull some strings to get a tech out to my house. That they did! The tech came out and tried to fix the old dryer, but it was unfixable. So he proceeded to install the new one (I had two dryers sitting as a result of the fiasco). All in all, they got me squared away, and the pricing was very straightforward. Hopefully, I won't need service again anytime soon, but if I do, I will call Advantage FIRST!
