Not a ton of food but surprisingly filling. There is a sauna and a cold plunge that requires a swimsuit which I didn't bring. I was tempted to buy a swimsuit I didn't really care for $180 or so but decided to buy lots of ground coffee from the gift shop instead. The gym was a small one room situation. The $200 for the 1hr Swedish massage that I was hoping to change my attitude about Swedish massage didn't change my mind. Overall, super cute. Great location. Would stay again!
