I have nothing but great things to say about Kevin Noesner and his property management company. As a person, he is extremely amicable and can carry a conversation about a multitude of topics with ease. As a landlord, he is concerned about the overall well-being of his tenants while maintaining professionalism. I know that his big thing is to rent to people with good credit and his rents are lower than market price. I had not even a handful of minor maintenance issues in my first apartment (the first occurring after I had been there for over a year!), which he and his team promptly fixed.
