Erin and her team are the best!! My partner and I are so immensely grateful to have worked with Erin on the later stages of our wedding planning. We got married on 9/15 and already miss our regular calls and emails with Erin! We were hoping to find someone who could help us pull everything together and ensure that the actual wedding day went smoothly. Erin is phenomenal!  Working with her was the first and best decision we made in planning our intimate 20-person wedding.  We ultimately cancelled due to COVID, but we have no doubt that the event would have been great mainly due to her work.  Even though our wedding was small, we knew that it would still take a lot of time and hassle to plan it, especially since we had no experience with parties or weddings.  Erin made the process so much easier and more fun, taking care of the nitty-gritty details and letting us really think about the kind of day we wanted to share with our family and friends.  We booked her partial planning package and felt that she went above and beyond throughout.  She provided us an overall timeline and had monthly check-in calls with us to help us ensure everything was on track.  She was extremely flexible in scheduling these calls and was also always available by email/text/phone if we had any questions between check-ins.  During the pandemic, we rescheduled our wedding multiple times; each time, Erin helped us contact all of our vendors and coordinate the complex logistics. We were very appreciative (and in awe) of how she easily adapted her work to exactly what we wanted.  Her recommendations for vendors (catering, photography, music, etc.) were always spot-on and saved us so much time in screening dozens of options for each (which we had done when choosing our wedding planner).  For decisions that were important to us (like food), she left everything fully up to us.  When we had trouble figuring out decor for the ceremony, she brainstormed a variety of ideas that worked with the overall atmosphere we had in mind and ultimately helped us figure out something we loved.  For items that weren't very important to us, she happily took the lead and ensured that those elements perfectly matched our overall style.  When other vendors would suggest upgrades or additional items, she helped give us realistic advice on what would really contribute to our event and what was unnecessary.  In short, my partner and I always felt that Erin worked in perfect attunement with our vision (despite some of our nontraditional choices), never pushing us towards a different style. I just had the best, most unique, most fun San Francisco wedding I could ever imagine....without paying San Francisco prices. I really could not imagine even thinking about doing this process without Erin. From the day my wife and I began working with Erin, the process of wedding planning changed. The first couple of weeks my wife and I thought we had a grasp on everything, "We got this," how hard could it be. But then we got stuck with the first step, booking a place to have the ceremony and reception. We looked at so many halls, although beautiful, we knew in our hearts that's not what we wanted. The idea we had in our heads was slightly crazy, almost to a point that we were embarrassed to share it, until somehow Erin got it out of us in our first meeting. As I mentioned, we were slightly embarrassed about our idea so we said it to Erin in a joking manner. She was listening attentively though and asked us to share more. As we explained, Erin noticed our excitement about our idea, and said, this is it! She gave us the confidence to proceed in the manner we wanted to. From that point on, we called our meeting with Erin days our getting back on track and organized days. Everything about wedding planning goes in so many different directions. My wife and I would plan, but every time we would meet with Erin, we would leave saying, "we did not think of that". With that, every time we would leave from meeting with Erin, there was a certain comfort and direction for the next couple weeks, until we got everything discombobulated again, only to meet with Erin to get us back on track. There was always a level of comfort know Erin had our backs. Whenever we would get too stressed, we would simply call Erin and all stresses would be resolved with a simple plan of action. Erin came with us to meet our venders, choose our flowers, look at our ceremony site and look at our reception site. The day of our wedding went better then I could have ever pictured it in my head. Erin made sure our first look was not spoiled as she escorted me off the trolley and out of my bride's site. From there Erin and her crew were so professional, I even had to take a couple of pictures with their headsets and microphones in. With no practice, (our choice) Erin guided our entire ceremony set-up, music and processional. It was amazing and beautiful. When we arrived back to our yard, it was transformed with flowers, and touches of our style everywhere. Even when one of my friends delivered a giant wooden sign, 3 hours before the ceremony, Erin and her crew, said, "Ok, we will find a place for that". Personally, I did not know what they were going to do with it, but it was placed so perfectly, it received so much attention. Overall we had our wedding at the Palace of Fine Arts, took 2 trolley cars for a city tour, and concluded at our house in San Francisco. When I started off the wedding planning process I thought I could do it without a coordinator. It wasn't until part way through when I received multiple suggestions from recent brides that I reached out to Erin. After our first meeting I was already convinced that I 100% got my money's worth. Erin helped me through the details I would never have thought to worry about and kept me on track with planning. She was super friendly, easy to work with and gave me peace of mind which in the wedding planning process is truly invaluable. If I thought Erin was great in the planning process leading up to the wedding, I was even more blown away when it came to the day of the wedding. People kept telling me I needed a coordinator on the day of so myself and my family could just enjoy the night and they were right. I heard stories about brides friends/families getting upset for the amount of set up they had to do before the wedding, family members getting angry because they missed out on pictures and people missing out on reception traditions because timelines weren't followed. I have to be honest: I didn't want to have a wedding. Erin did a wonderful job as day-of coordinator for our wedding. We had done all the planning, but wanted someone to keep the day moving smoothly, and to be the point-person and first line of defense in case anything came up. Erin was understanding about our budget, always initiated and was on time for meetings and conversations, and was flexible about meeting with us in person, on the phone, or even Skype. Erin is awesome! She is extremely professional, very caring, and has extreme attention to detail. We hired her as a "day-of" coordinator but she was much more than that. She helped us when we were looking for vendors--she told us what to look for in a vendor which helped us a lot and gave us a sense of ease and comfort. She is so friendly and personable, it was very easy to work with her and it was a very pleasant experience. We didn't run into ANY issues with her during the planning process. She kept us focused on the things we needed to focus on so that we didn't waste any unnecessary time during the planning process. All of her years of experience in this industry truly worked to our advantage. On the day of the wedding, Erin was a BEAST. I didn't have to worry about a thing! She setup all the decorations and herded the wedding party and guests to where they needed to be. She moved the ceremony decor to the reception area and made sure everything was perfect. She checked in on us during wedding photos and made sure we had food and drinks. She took great care of us! It was such a whirlwind but it was enjoyable because Erin managed it beautifully. She made sure the events were going on as planned and that we stayed on schedule all the way until the end. And then she and her team cleaned everything up so that we could enjoy the night. I found Erin through a friend's enthusiastic referral, and hired her on the spot before I even checked Yelp. I'm not surprised that Erin has 5 stars on Yelp. If you are debating whether you should hire a day-of coordinator, trust me you should. I'm very good at event planning and keeping things organized, but I have to say my wedding would've turned out to be a half as fun and beautiful if not for Erin. If you are debating whom to hire for your day-of coordinator, you should choose Erin for the following reasons: 1. Erin listens. This might seem a minor details, but you really want a coordinator who cares about what YOU what, and executes based on YOUR vision. Surprisingly, many other coordinators I talked to were more adamant on telling me how they think the wedding should go rather than asking me what I wanted. 2. Erin is extremely calm, capable and solution-focused. We ran out of wine two thirds way through the wedding. Erin worked with my family and sent her two assistants to purchase more from local stores, and saved the day! I almost freaked out if not for her calm, reassuring and "don't worry, I got it" demeanor and immediate action plans. Besides solving crisis, she is also very good at execution. Because of the venue where everything must be brought in (tables, utensils, lighting etc.), my wedding was almost a DIY type. If not for Erin, coordinating amongst all the vendors, making my vision come true, the wedding would've been a disaster! 3. Erin helps you more than just the day-of. For months leading up to my wedding, we had regular check-in calls. This really really helped me stay on top of my to-do list, to avoid any last minute scrambles. As a result, the week before my wedding, I was actually not that stressed at all! Over time, Erin played more and more of a critical role for me, and became more like a sister. I took Erin to my vendor meetings instead of my fiance, and joked that I replaced him with Erin. Turns out I wasn't even the first one to say that! We found Erin through Yelp, about a month before our wedding, to help with preparations. It had been just a few weeks since we finalized our venue, and we had quite a lot left to do (catering, cake, photography, music, flowers, wedding dress, ...). Erin got started immediately and was very organized & pro-active. She helped us with finalizing vendors, arranging tastings, and working closely with the venue and all vendors to make sure everything was seamless for our big day. On the day itself, Erin and her staff were on top of everything - helping with set up, greeting guests, taking care of cards/gifts, checking in with us, etc. I would highly recommend Erin to anyone who is looking for an event coordinator. When I first started the planning process I thought I could do it on my own. A few months before the wedding, I had an absolute panic attack. I had no idea how things were going to come together and was over the hours of googling every wedding question I had. I decided to hire Erin to help and it was one of the best decisions I made. When talking with a friend who was recently married about tips for planning my own wedding the one thing she told me was, "Get a day of coordinator and if you can, get Erin!" I immediately sought out Erin and made contact. Erin went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. She attended meetings with different vendors with me and my husband, she called me regularly to check on wedding details and also allowed me to vent normal frustrations to her. She was always so helpful and calming. After a meeting with Erin my husband told me that Erin was the best money we spent on our wedding (boy was he right!). The day of our wedding Erin was wonderful! I left a bag in my hotel with the flower girls' shoes and other important things. She had a staff go to my hotel and pick up the items.
