They will always correct your form which I appreciate because it prevents injury. They are also dog friendly, so bring your pup and I'm sure the owners dog would love him/her. I signed up for the 7 day free trial, but if you sign up on the very first day they will give you a promotion deal. I find myself burning at least 2,400-2,800 a day if I workout, but if I don't go to F45 I burn 1,600-1,900 a day (everyone is different though). I don't visually see my body changing (because of eating habits), but going to F45 these past few weeks has increased my strength and cardio! I absolutely love this place and encourage anyone to give this place a try! Also, if you ever find yourself to forget anything, they sell pre-workout/protein by the scoop, they provide hair ties and in their bathrooms they have hygiene products as well! After contacting them on their instagram page, I went to the gym to check it out before the scheduled time of my one day pass. Cassie (the owner) is very friendly and gave a brief run down of the class and want to expect. I had my struggles coming back from injury and three months of inactivity, but the coaches and community were such a great source of encouragement and motivation. Coaches are always there to help motivate you, and the community is very much down to earth and more of a family and not uptight or clickish in comparison to other places I've been to. That's obvious when there's a newcomer checking the place out and they get introduced to current members as someone just there for a trial, or looking for a partner. If you're looking for a new place to work out or looking for a new community (maybe to those new in the area) I'd certainly recommend coming and giving P360 San Marcos a try. Classes aren't very organized or well-led by the coach. In the 3 classes I attended, I didn't even know if the class had started. People just do the warm-up on their own then go onto the workout. The gym is old. Pretty sure it's been around for 10+ years and it shows. It's not clean or very organized. Most of the plates are broken and mismatched. Hard to find a pair of the same brand that don't have the center ring broken out. Barbells are in all kinds of decrepitness. Everything is old and very worn. For being so established and at $200/month they should provide better equipment and coaching. There's better options for fitness and CF
