I was greeted very nicely on the phone, I explained my situation and was then place on a 3 way call with a road tech. We had a few laughs while we exchanged information. They reached out to my driver and let him know they were coming and they arrived in about a half an hour. Their tech TJ, Called me and gave me his diagnosis and then repaired our truck very quickly. The billing was done through Roadsync. I was able to pay the bill right from my cell phone. That was cool. Their call out is a two hour minimum. Their afterhour labor rate was very reasonable. (believe me, when you manage a fleet of trucks you know what reasonable is). I just appreciate the honesty and they way I was treated on the phone and the way They treated our driver. It was a humid 84 degrees and he worked hard to get the darned thing changed and it was a pain. Come to find out we called just as he started his shift and he didn't even stop to put on his work clothes. Now that's service. Highly recommend!!

I had an urgent need for a repair and replacement of my back garage door and frame after the frame…read morepopped out and I was unable to close and lock it Sunday night. Michael reached out to me within one day after I posted, he came out that same evening after I was off work to inspect the door and give me a quote, which was much less than I anticipated, and was able to come the very next day to repair the door frame and replaced the door. He also installed a new door knob and deadbolt at my request because I never got keys for that door when I bought the house. He had the project completed within a few hours and made sure the locks were working properly for me before he left. I posted for help on Monday morning and the entire job was done by Wednesday afternoon and cost much less than I thought it might. The door looks so much nicer than the old one too! Thank you!
