This is my first storage unit, and Rick made the process incredibly easy! He explained all of the details, ensured the size of the unit would fit what I was planning to store, and the monthly cost is a great price. I placed the unit on hold online and paid over the phone with Rick. The next day, I arrived at the storage unit and was greeted by Jairo who helped me finalize the lease and walked me to the unit. The unit itself was clean, spacious enough for my items (I got a 5x6 unit), and it has been a breeze bringing my items in to store. I was also able to meet with Rick in person before I left, and he was just as helpful and kind in person. I have never gotten a storage unit. So having to get one very last minute, was a bit overwhelming to even think about. But this place was very close to me and also running a special, I just had to jump on. I spoke to Rick, and he was so helpful. He got me started up and even helped me choose the right size when I chose a unit too small. Rick made me feel so comfortable when meeting him as well as helped me with my heavy boxes. Even taught me how to use the forklift, Since my unit was upstairs!! That still didn't make me worry, or think twice about my decision. Shock & Awe! I was expecting DMV level service and got Five Star treatment instead! Rick communicated everything in a clear and concise way. Poor customer service. I had bought storage space on 4/26 and was set to be able to use it on 4/29. On 4/28 I received a email stating I had to pay another month of storage space starting the 5/1. How does that make sense. They billed me for a month of service from 4/26-4/30, even though I hadn't even used the space at all! I tried calling and was refused a refund, then I emailed the manager and I asked for my account to be cancelled and for a refund which he then replied to my email and confirmed my account was closed and then proceeded to ignore my refund request. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!. I will be complaining. I will NEVER recommend anyone to come here! read more

My family has had a unit here for years, it'll be FOUR generations with us. I have had a unit here for one year and I am highly unsatisfied with their customer service . First of all, any time I want to speak with someone I have to call at least 4 times until someone answers. Secondly, when they do answer, they are ALWAYS rude, patronizing and unprofessional. I can never call to ask a question without having whomever is on the other line, completely speak over me and just hang up after answering my question. The first two times I chalked it up to this guy just being grumpy. Fourth time, totally sick of it. It's to the point where you have to ask yourself why you're even working here if you're so unhappy? Recently, my family has also had the exact same experience. You are losing our business, we will be finding other units this summer. read more
