My wife and I went to the Westminster location to reserve a unit on Saturday, June 27. As soon as we got in the door, we were greeted by a very sweet lady, Cathy. Cathy was very patient with us as we asked to see multiple units. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. She made sure to let us know the special pricing Lighthouse was promoting and made sure we receive the move in specials. The overall location was very clean. It is located in a busy location on Beach Blvd and Hazard, so I felt it is safe to keep our belongings there. I would recommend Lighthouse Self Storage, if you are looking for a storage unit. Came in to get a unit and the worker helping me was very helpful, flexible and communicative. She helped guide me to see a few different sizes with my own eyes, to help me gauge and judge which size was best for my needs. Some sizes I had been looking at online where unavailable when I get there, the worker was very flexible in helping me find an alternative size to fulfill my needs. Admittedly I came in a little late, the visit ended up lasting a little long, but the worker very willing stayed a few extra minutes to helped me finish getting everything set up.
