Monica came back sooner than the 10 minutes, on top of that she was rescuing a litter of kittens, Amazing. Love her already. Anyone who save animals, are automatically amazing, and kind people. I had a feeling this will be a good thing. Monica was very helpful with helping me deciding the size of storage I needed. She has great customer service skills, and a multitasker. I was right. After being with one stop the Experience was truly totally terrible. I've had a very troubling experience with this storage facility. My mother has repeatedly been harassed by staff while simply trying to review court documents at her own storage unit. She was not loitering or staying overnight, just spending a few hours at a time handling important personal matters. Despite this, Monica began complaining about how long she was there, even though the lease agreement does not stipulate any time limits for being on site during normal business hours. Monica arbitrarily decided on a number of "acceptable" hours, which she applied unfairly to my mother. What's worse is that other tenants are clearly running full scale businesses out of their units and are there all day with no issue. This double standard is unacceptable. read more

The worst place ever, don't bother to put the lock on the unit! No security whatsoever! Cameras are only for visibility, not for your stuff to be safe. Our belongings got stolen the second we said we are going away for some time. Their Insurance won't pay you back for anything!!! read more

another money hungry place with bad customer service and bad communication. different size units were available at the time of us looking, but the mean rude lady monica stated the big size unit was the only one available which we come to find out was a lie...the office opened our unit, and left it open and we noticed a few things were missing, noticed it left open and we are very extremely disappointed with them. they have cameras but not for your property to be safe. there hours are just horrible and the office is mostly not available during working hours that states they should be open.no bathrooms.... please dont waste your money here go somewhere else if you want your property safe and better customer service. read more

Got a great deal on a 4x6 unit on Google. Compared to other locations of the same name, this place was the best. Contracts are simple to understand, no fancy jargon thrown your way. Had the best service ever from Monica! Rented a unit over the phone with someone else and needed a drive up access unit. Completed the paperwork online a few weeks before I was ready to move in and thought I was set. It was until I called the day of notifying I was on my way to move my things into the unit and it seems there was a mix up as the unit I already paid for was not a drive up access unit. In less than an hour notice, Monica was able to get me the correct unit I needed and completely saved my day. I hired a moving company and she allowed us to get settled with the moving company first and then settle the new paperwork as they were moving my things in. She was extremely friendly and understanding of my situation. Definitely turned the whole mix up situation around and resolved it in such short notice. This is not the storage place you can leave your belongings and feel safe for like half a year if you press the door handle all the way to the bottom it would open by itself no need for a key at our units door. Idk if they ever fixed it. They also raised my rent from 56 to the 90's. Other tenets at the location were getting broken into and the insurance would not cover them. When they raised my rent not even being their a full year I found another storage it's not 6x4 but a 5x5 the location is like a factory and it's a lot safer for $50. I actually feel safe putting tools in this storage something I couldn't do at this location. read more

If you want to pay a monthly of $75 for a small unit to get rat infested I would definitely suggest this place. My mom had a storage unit at this location for about a year, the first time she had a unit closer to the back and it got rat infested. All of her clothes & other belongings were destroyed. They moved her to another unit closer to the office and for the first three months it was okay then next thing you know my mom found trails of rat poop again! Ridiculous! Don't waste your money here, don't bring your valuables here unless you want to end up losing them! read more

Let me start with this. Over the years I have had the chance to rent at every storage facility in my area. This facility is nice. It's clean and the manager is awesome. Great attitude and very easy to get along with. While most of the other facilities in the area are plagued with problems. Things like A. Revolving door of management (Because owners set unrealistic occupancy minimums to be met) B. Bad attitudes and power tripping managers. C. Dirty facilities D. Over priced units E.
