They said if I wasn't out by 4pm on the last day they'd charge me for the whole month. When I spoke to my bank they said since I had no contract with prime storage they would reverse the charge for me no problem. Either way I moved to U-Haul they had better prices and better customer service. Prime storage raised my rates and charged me without a signed agreement.

Everything is "can do" including very last minute packing help. Two huge trucks and 6 guys over 3 days. Michelle who runs the office is so pleasant to deal with and John the owner and both Scotts so engaging, fun, and respectful of women.
