After I submitted two estimates the company then declined to reimburse me for the damages. There website offers safe storage, with 24 hour camera monitoring. There are no cameras in the RV parking area, and there is also a gap in the fence that anyone can get through. Dont put anything of value in this storage facility as it is not secure!!!!

The installation took about 3 hours but they only charged me for one and the price installed for the hitch with wiring was reasonable. When the vehicle was on the ramp my abs light was on. The tech explained to me that u haul has a insurance policy and they would cover it if the vehicle had to go back to VW. Fortunately when they took the vehicle off the ramp the light went out. Even though I didn't need it I was put at ease that they would cover it if there ever was a problem. I would highly recommend.
