The quote was reasonable so we decided to set a date. On Saturday morning Marc, Jose and Qwuan showed up within the stated arrival time and started working immediately. Marc demonstrated extreme care with our furniture and everything was wrapped to protect our sofa, tv's and bureaus. Jose did a fantastic job playing Tetris loading the truck. Some items needed to be disassembled and reassembled when we got to our new location. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about and a lot to compliment on. This after tipping each member of the crew $100 and paying an extra $100 above their asking price--I should have inspected the furniture carefully before paying but I was ill and didn't check until the next day, when the owner refused to make repairs or refund a dime. Avoid them at all costs. They are nice to your face when they want your business, then rude and ugly afterward.
