I stored my vintage clothing collection here for years. I admit that I didn't dutifully visit my…read moreunit more than twice a year for a while, although I did dutifully pay the bill on time. I was shocked and horrified to discover that boxes of irreplaceable (and expensive) vintage T shirts had been eaten by something before noticing mouse droppings all over my unit. The management implied that this was my fault for not visiting more often, although I'm not sure what being there could have done to prevent mice in the first place. To be clear, at no point did I have food in or anywhere around the unit. So to be blamed and shamed when the items I'd paid to store for years were destroyed by vermin on the property was just some sour icing on a rotten cake. As of this time, I do not believe anything has been done to remedy or address the problem. If you do go ahead and store linens or clothing here, please put together a Ft Knox of plastic boxes and be aware that should something nonetheless go wrong, you'll be on your own. Even if you show them a dead mouse.

I don't remember the size locker, but it was the next one up from the smallest, and it was perfect for all of her stuff. The sign up process was easy, everyone was friendly and helpful, and the space was clean and secure. The price was reasonable. The gates to the complex are locked after hours for security, and you simply punch in the code that they gave you to get in and back out. . It's not an easy code for everybody to figure out, which is good. I just put it on my phone. Check out was easy. The employee was walking by, and I asked him what we had to do to check out. He said, you're good. Just leave the locker open and I will get it done. Shortly after we got a confirmation email that we were checked out. If we needed to, we would store here again. Thank you.

Per the employee onsite today, "prices are subject to change - depending on supply and demand." When the employee was made aware that according to their website, (as of today) a 10x10 drive up access space is available to rent for $77/month, the employee said I would have to discuss further w/a manager. However, no managers are onsite today, and to expect a call back tomorrow. I have seen several recent reviews for this company describing the exact same thing...

Everything is "can do" including very last minute packing help. Two huge trucks and 6 guys over 3 days. Michelle who runs the office is so pleasant to deal with and John the owner and both Scotts so engaging, fun, and respectful of women. The superstar (well, they all are) is James who ran the move seamlessly, as usual. At the end, I would gladly have all of them over for dinner. The crew was just superb. And the price, exceedingly fair and worth every penny. Thank you all!
