Office is very very Very old and outdated. Could be cleaned up, seen dust quite a bit of places. Dr is very straight forward and to the point, there wasn't any introduction or small talk. He definitely knows his work, so I'll give him that! The assistants were nice and helpful. Medicaid is accepted but doesn't really cover much if you're over 21, they only cover tooth extractions. Everything else is full price. 2 Payments can be made for large amounts, other than that it's full price, due upfront. read more

My very first visit here. I saw all the great reviews and gave it a shot. Best decision that I could've made. The ladies up front, very sweet and welcoming. Abby who took me back and did my X-rays, simply amazing. So sweet, informative and personable. I arrived early walked in 11:30am and one out of the 3 employees said hi I signed in NO ONE TOUCHED THE CLIPBOARD OR LOOKED AT I then sat for 20mins watching them talk about everything but work! I got tired of waiting and asked well is there something I need to fill out how much long is it going to be my appointment was at 11:45 it's now 12:10 and no one has said anything at all to me.. a whole different lady not the 3 doing absolutely nothing! Hands me a clip bored I filled it out then said I just want the exam not the exam and the extraction she goes okay that will be $85 but when I called and made the appointment I was told $45 so I asked why she said because now they would be examine my whole mouth not just the one tooth... never heard of examine one tooth I'm not even sure what tooth is the problem so that makes no since and I can get a full exam and X-ray anywhere else for $39 BIGGEST WAIST OF TIME read more

I brought my grandmother here today for an x ray and second opinion for a procedure she was recommended by a different dentist. Walked in and there was plenty of seating, the receptionist was very efficient and courteous while answering my grandmothers questions in Spanish. When we went to the back the x ray tech was very kind and courteous with her explaining everything he was doing in Spanish. When the dentist came he went over all of my grandmas options for her dentures and I translated for him. He was kind in answering all of her questions and made some great recommendations that the previous doctor at another location had refused to do. This dentist went over the x rays with us and showed that the teeth they wanted to pull at the last place were in fact still healthy and there was absolutely no reason to remove them. This place is awesome, I can tell the dentist is honest and genuinely just wants to help his patients. This place needs a little TLC but other than that it's a great place to get honest and caring service! read more

Dr. Tran and his staff (THANK YOU PERLA) are always very professional, friendly, and remember their regulars! My daughter and her husband have been going to Dr. Tran for about 3 years now, and I have been there when he pulled my daughters wisdom teeth, counseled my son-in-law gently about oral hygiene, and my son about the affects of smoking and dental care. I went to Dr. Tran after a HORRIBLE experience with the choice to pull a tooth rather than have a root canal at a competitor dental office near this one (no name dropping, but it was within walking distance). Dr. Tran was patient and explained what went wrong even tho he was NOT the dentist who performed the work, and assured me there were cosmetic options for me other than what I'd been "sold" by the other office which was thousands of dollars and months of treatments. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and Perla really goes out of her way to make you feel welcome, accomodates in every way possible, and remembers people by face not just by looking at the computer monitor! read more

This is the friendliest, most accommodating dental office I've ever gone to. Dr. Tran is very understanding of financial strains his patients might be feeling and will try to give you all of your options, and won't just jump to the most expensive fix for everything. All of the staff are super friendly, and I've been extremely happy with all the work done on my teeth so far. I've even referred a neighbor to Dr Tran, and both him and his wife immediately abandoned their dentist of 20 years, and are willing to drive all the way across town, even when they hate to leave their neighborhood, just to see Dr. Tran. My first visit was for a second opinion. I had been told I needed a root canal by another dentist, so I went in pointing to my tooth telling him I needed a root canal. He did the xrays, etc and started working on the tooth. Well even though I was insisting on the root canal, he realized that I had a wisdom tooth that could've been causing the problem. He suggested I try pulling that out to see if the pain stopped. So we tried that. It cost me about 1/10th of what a root canal costs, and it turned out to be the answer!! He saved me over $1000 when he could've just given me what I was asking for and making more money off of me. Not to mention, his prices are VERY inexpensive compared to other dentists. Dr. Tran and his staff are excellent!!! Last week my daughter needed to have two of her wisdom teeth removed. They were able to see her the same day that I called. Upon the visit within an hour she was feeling 100% better. I was so worried that they wouldn't be able to get one of the teeth which was still in the gums. Dr. Tran is excellent!! He was able to remove both of them with ease and extreme care. The staff are professional and caring. Luv the follow up calls/attention to see how my daughter was doing. Dr. Tran and his staff have earned not only my respect and gratitude but a faithful client.
