I thought I reviewed this last year? This visit I called in the morning, was given an appointment at 1! Then I got here early and they took me back early, even though i interrupted lunch. Both visits were professional, and fast. I even got a cleaning at the dental school and when they called to ask for X-rays on file they sent it in minutes. Very nice people who seem to really care about my pain and issues. I don't have insurance and they are FAR cheaper than the place I used to go. In the Walmart parking center across from Ross. I initially posted a not so great review due to a situation I had with a few of my out of pocket crowns. I am here to say, they made it right! Janet, front office called me after seeing my review and asked me to come in to see if the issue could be resolved. In which I was inclined to do. The original crown I had put in was shaved down so much that I was not able to chew properly on one side. They were able to fix the crown that bothered me the most, and my gosh can I say how happy I am with the results. The consideration and care this team put in I cannot thank them enough. They really do care about their patients, and want to make sure everything is done with care. Major props to the entire team from point A to Z. Lesson learned, please speak up again if you ever have an issue because you'd be surprised as to what you can get resolved. Thank you to Dr.Yang! Stay far away from this place! 1. The worst pain I ever experienced getting 3 fillings. This was my first time crying in the chair while getting fillings. I felt every bit of him drilling my teeth which I've never experienced before. 2. After receiving these filling, I have extreme pain in each tooth he worked on. It's so hard for me to eat certain things now and my tooth hurts when I floss.... Things I've never experienced before. 3. Won't get in a chair until 20-30 min after your appointment time. Waited 40 min once and got sent away due to low staff. 4. I needed a referral to see an endodontist for pain in 4 teeth. They emailed me a referral to get my wisdom teeth removed..... I don't have my wisdom teeth 5. When I finally got the right referral and I'm at the endodontist, my general dentist said the 4 teeth that I am having trouble with are my wisdom teeth.....again, I don't have my wisdom teeth. Unprofessional, low care quality, and I left with more problems than I started with. Currently trying to get everything corrected at a new place. read more

Dr. Derrick Pham is the best dentist experience. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We met Dr. Pham and Ivy previously and were referred by friends when looking for a new local dentist. Check-in was a breeze, although there are quite a few papers you have to fill out on your first visit. They were able to get our insurance policy coverages confirmed in advance of our arrival, saving a significant amount of time. They walk you through everything and explain what insurance covers and won't cover (copays, etc.) very thoroughly. They take their time, I never felt rushed. Their office has the latest technology, for example, they send close-up shots with a special camera to digitally send to insurance for faster approvals. Highly recommended, even if you have to drive a bit further to visit. There is free, easy parking right in front. They also do cosmetic work. read more

Janet always carefully explains everything to me that way I understand what's going on and I really appreciate her time and taking her time to fully explain to me everything to expect. Once the doctor came in and completed the process he even made sure all of my referrals were completed my next appointment was done and my specialist appointment was made. I don't have insurance, when I call to ask if they could do root canal in the molar teeth in their office, the lady told me yes. and after I did a full mouth X-ray, the dentist told me they can't do root canal in the office. He said he never did molar teeth root canal!! They just want to earn the X-ray money from me which is $95 dollar for just 5 minutes talking with the dentist. I felt like I was cheated . Dr Pham has been my dentist for years. He is a perfectionist and always pays attention to details. He is very gentle, and makes sure I'm comfortable while receiving any dental procedures from routine cleaning to deep cleaning or fill-ins. The staff is friendly and accommodating . Jenet was able to assist me with my insurance issue, and it was resolved right away.
