I've gone on weekends and it's not too busy. I did lose 2 socks and I'm pretty sure I checked the washer and dryer to make sure it's clear. Going to try and just leave my socks in the laundry bag to prevent this. I've never lost any article of clothing from a washer and dryer. Hopefully it was just that one time. They have a bathroom that is clean.

I sent expensive, highly concentrated laundry detergent, and the entire bottle was used on three loads. Wasting my money, TWICE. The disregard for my personal property is outrageous. I'm sure they have no intention of refunding me hundreds of dollars for the early destruction and replacement of my fine garments that I specifically said were meant to be hung up to dry. These included wool, cashmere, and silk. The advertising is a lie. You can send instructions, but you will be LUCKY if anyone reads or follows them. I will never use this company again. This laundromat is always clean and the staff is friendly -- they're always cleaning something. Their machines are a little pricier than other laundromats in the area, but that's a price I'm willing to pay because the machines always work! The hot water cycle is always hot and the dryers keep a consistent temperature (the clothes dry faster), which means I end up spending less money in the long run. I do agree with others that mentioned there aren't enough of the smallest capacity washers but they're only working with so much space -- I personally try to go during non-peak hours. One of the best parts about this place is there's now a dollar store a few doors down so I can inexpensively buy supplies I forgot at home. The only thing that could make this laundromat better is if they were open 24-hours -- it would be nice to be able to start the wash on my clothes, then go to 24-hour gym (in the same plaza) while the cycle is going. Over all I would give this place 4.5 stars.

They don't have chairs and people directly behind me when I'm trying to load the washers and there's more seating than the other ones. The only part I don't like is the main entrance doors. They're pull/push. The swing type are more convenient when my hands are full. The attendant is also very helpful and friendly Oh yeah and all washers are 1/2 price this month
