They treat their customers with no respect. The owner can be extremely nasty. I've seen his nasty side a few times with different customers. I had my own incident with him as well. His machine dirtied my clean sheets that I had just washed when it got stuck in the dryer holes. To be fair, I will mention that he did allow me to wash it again free of charge, but having already dried it as well, I also inquired about the dryer charge. He answered me in a very nasty way, asking if he had to pay for drying too...? He then threw three quarters my way and continued to complain under his breath. If I had known that would have been his reaction, I would have just taken the loss. I was so embarrassed. Another incident took place with one of his employees. While my clothes were washing, she started cleaning the machine my clothes were in, spraying water and using a brush to clean out the dispenser. All the grime was going down on my clothes. I asked her to please wait until my clothes was finished washing and she outright refused and kept on cleaning. Needless to say, I was extremely upset. I stopped going on the days she works there but my patience with the place has definitely run out. The other lady turns the light offs on you and make you feel like you are committing a crime if you go just five minutes past closing time. I'm definitely on the lookout for another laundry mat.

For every 3 quarters you put in there's a 50 percent chance the drier will turn on and work for 4 minutes and not dry your clothes. The owner and staff field complaints by saying you dropped the coin in too fast or too slow but it's always the same result. You will never know how many quarters it will take to turn on and if your clothes will be dry even though the sign says 7.5 minutes for 25 cents. Always always frustrating.

Yesterday the owner Ken had the nerve to get annoyed when I asked to exchange 10 singles for a 10 dollar bill for the coin machine. I have put up with the poor behavior due to proximity to my home, parking and no requirement to purchase a card add money to use the newer type machines. Because I do not have on site laundry unfortunately I have limited options due to time and finances. I am concerned with an operation that is strictly cash and even more concerned when the owners are not helpful and rude. They do not allow dryer use if you do not use washing machine on site so if your dryer is broken this location is not an option. They also charge $18 up front for comforters, the machine is $9.00 with probably $1.25 to dry (just an fyi). I am giving this establishment a two because I like the machines....when they are working. There is no air conditioning and the store is very cramped and difficult to maneuver on a busy day.
