My dad was having issues with his compression socks for years. Too tight, wrong length, miserable to get on, and uncomfortable. Monica was so helpful over the phone troubleshooting and encouraged us to come in for a consult and sizing. I am reposting my google review because everyone must be warned before even considering going to this store. If you want extremely terrible customer service and extremely expensive medical supplies then this place is for you. Nicole has to be the world's worst employee at this location. She was extremely rude, hostile, and terrible at her job as a sales person. She was showing us items that she praised in the store that she said was on back order for us to buy. I went online and started looking for the items and she told me I was extremely rude for looking. I told her first off you want us to buy an item that you don't have, but I want to see. Second off they were selling the item for about a hundred dolllars more. Third you guys get these items for a lot cheaper than you are selling, so capitalism works on both ends. She raised her nose and still called me rude. Nicole, you should not be allowed to work with customers. Who ever owns this store please train her on how to work with customers. The owner did reply to this on google and I posted a picture of it. I wrote back-No, Nicole was clearly upset that I was googling the products. She even stated that she was upset and shocked. This place was a life saver! I tripped while running and sprained my big toe and needed crutches! Such a simple medical device but places don't carry them! This was 1 of 2 Bay area places I could find open on a Saturday! They also have good low prices! My crutches were only $29.99 while other places were charging double the price. So happy I came here. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They asked me how they could help me right away. The worker let me sit while we processed my payment since I was limping and while she adjusted my crutches. I was in and out with what I needed in 5 minutes! I also like how they have a parking lot with handicap parking availableright outside their entrance. They have many other medical devices from walkers, wheelchairs, knee scooters, adult diapers, shower chairs, adjustable beds, etc. They also have options to rent items as well which is helpful esp if injuries are short term. read more

This review is late. We came here about two weeks ago. I thought it had posted but I just saw it was saved in the drafts. We came here because this was the only store we saw online. took off two stars just because when we came in the girl at the register didn't greet us. There was a gentleman there and nothing either. There was another lady but she was busy with someone. I was looking for crutches since one of mine was bent and we came here to see if they had any. The whole time we're there the lady behind the register didn't say anything, I made a comment about "so no one is going to ask if we need help or anything to my partner" that's when the lady behind the register acknowledge us. My partner kept pushing for me to get a motorized scooter which I don't need. I have a torn ACL and those are way to expensive. We ended up buying a shower chair, crutches and ice pack that goes around your knee. One of the customers talked to us more than the people working there did. Once the lady that was helping someone finished she came up to us, my partner asked her if they have wheelchairs for rent which she did. She suggested one that would lift my leg and she had. You can rent them for 80 something a month. My partner asked her if she had any motorized ones for rent and she said she would have some available soon and would call us when she does. We rented the wheelchair to use for long distance walks etc. The lady asked the man working there to get it cleaned up for us. He seemed busy talking to the other lady and told her okay. The lady helping us got some information and my partners phone number so she can call her if the motorized scooter is available for rent. Once she was finished she had to ask the guy again to get the scooter cleaned up. After he was like okay here you go. There was no this is how you use it (how to do the leg part that lifts) They have a lot of stuff there for supplies, customer service part could be better. The three stars is for the lady who helped us. She seemed pretty annoyed too that she had to tell the guy again to get the wheelchair ready. read more
