driver almost ran us off the road swinging his trailer and when i called the company, the lowlife who answered the phone told me to "stfu" and hung up. i have kids in the car. driving awfully with your company on the side is poor work. no wonder you move pianos for a living. read more

These folks jumped into action when we had a problem with another piano moving company. My mother's house was being sold and was closing on a Friday. The other company had some difficulty with their truck and couldn't pick up the piano on the day we requested. We were stuck because the new owners were moving in on Sunday. One call to Allstar and said they would be there at 8am on Saturday. They were on time, very professional and very careful. Picked up the piano and delivered piano very quickly from Cumming to Alpharetta. Very nice gentleman that delivered it. And the were $100 cheaper than the other company. Good job Allstar! ALL BEWARE!! They no showed on the day of the scheduled move. Curtis of Allstar / Harris Bros Piano Movers stopped responding to email, text messages, and phone calls the day before and day of the scheduled move. They wasted my time and money I spent traveling from my out of state new home back to GA so that I can be present for them to take our grand piano. read more

I wish I could report a positive review, however, that's not the case. I didn't have a poor experience during the moving process, as I never got to that point. I contacted Curtis early December to arrange a move for mid December, after calling around to get other quotes, I decided I would use Curtis as he was slightly less expensive than others. We confirmed the date and time via text, then three days prior to our move I was following-up to confirm my appointments, so I called Curtis and left him a voice mail, but no return call. I gave it 24 hours and then sent him a text message, still nothing; as much as I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, perhaps he lost his phone etc...I had a friend call from another number and act like they were trying to contract a move and inquire for the same time that I had confirmed with him, low and behold, Curtis answers that call. Apparently, either Curtis underquoted me or double booked himself and was too cowardly to admit fault. So here I am 24 hours prior to our move with no choice but to pay a premium to find someone to move our baby grand piano the next day. All around, he was very unprofessional. After finding out that he was in fact ignoring me, I sent him a message and said, "This is very unprofessional, you'll be receiving a terrible review from me on Yelp. A man of integrity follows through with his word." at which point I then...,receive a response that says, "You will definitely receive a call from my lawyer you ******** I dare you." That was the END of that text of chain and lands me where I am now, writing a terrible review. I love to give praise where praise is due, unfortunately, this experience was a terrible experience. I can't say enough good things about these guys. A few years ago they relocated my baby grand piano to my garage while refinished our hardwood floors. These guys were reasonably priced, but I was blown away by their friendliness, professionalism, and customer service. They were both prompt and efficient, while very accommodating of our busy schedule. When we relocated to Charlotte, we only made one call to have the piano brought up to us. AllStar gave us a fair price and did a great job protecting piano for the move. Our realtor (from the Harry Norman Buckhead Office) who met them for the the pick up was blown away by their customer service, friendliness, and promptness. So much so that she won't hesitate to recommend to her clients. At this point I wouldn't want anyone else to handle our piano other than Curtis and his team. Thanks! read more

Do not do business with them. Completely unprofessional. Was scheduled for 3 pm to meet at the seller's house. He rescheduled because he forgot his keys. Rescheduled until 4:30 and I made him guarantee he would be there as my seller already had to wait an hour at the home he's selling.. At 4:35 I contacted him to find his ETA and stated if he was not on time, I would cancel as my seller had an appointment at 5:30. He texted and said he could reschedule for the next day. Never dealt with someone so unprofessional. Wasted an hour of my time and my seller's. Would not answer his phone when I called. Avoid him at all costs. read more

I'm very impressed with Curtis and his team. I would highly recommend him. He was always easy to reach, responded to all my calls and emails very promptly, and was punctual on the day of the move. They handled my piano with great care. I have a very expensive and heavy upright Yamaha U1 that I love with all my heart. They were very gentle and careful with it. I knew it would be a challenging move because of tight corners and lots of steps, but Curtis and his team handled it like it was a breeze. My piano arrived in great condition without a scratch. I have nothing but good things to say about Curtis and his brothers as they moved my grand piano from Georgia to Texas. Not many piano moving companies will drive such long distances but these guys do and had the lowest quote of all the other companies I looked into. From my first contact with Curtis he was always professional, courteous, and prompt in answering my emails. They took great care in getting the piano moved in on top of our hardwood floors and within minutes they had the piano set up and ready for me to play. I am really surprised by the negative reviews. We had nothing but a positive experience with Curtis and his team. Called around yesterday to get quotes from different places; his was by far the lowest, and he was able to get the piano moved in less than 24 hours. They showed up this morning on time, very friendly, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and quick but cautious. Curtis was very responsive from the get-go, via email and phone and his quote was competitive. We hired them to move a family piano from Georgia to us in New Jersey. The person who handled pick-up on the GA end said Curtis and his team were excellent.
