The driver showed up 30 min late to pick us up to go to downtown Nashville. That should have been our first clue. The lady driver was nice and got us downtown. I text them 45 min prior to wanting to be picked up, they responded Yep Yep. 10 min after they were supposed to be there I called to ask if they were coming. They said running late but would be there shortly. We were freezing. 25 min after they were supposed to be there I ended up calling an uber. The bus did show up but it was 35 min past pickup time. Unacceptable. I will never use them again. read more

Excellent economical option for a roundtrip shuttle to downtown from Opryland hotels. They are available till midnight on all days, and 1am on Fridays and Saturdays, making it super convenient to spend more time in the city. Both the people who drove us made great conversation. read more

Absolutely terrible. Shuttle was supposed to pick us up at 9:30 and didn't pick us up until after 10:00. Then on the return, we called them at 1:15 for a 2:00 pick up and by 2:40 they were still not there. Wound up calling an uber instead. I've been using this shuttle from Music Valley area to Downtown Nashville for 5 years now, and still only $10 for round trip. I caught the 11:30pm shuttle from Nashville back to 2Rivers RV park tonight. Kim was driving, very friendly and talking with passengers. We were sitting at a red light and a car turned left and was coming straight at us. Kim laid on the horn, the car went around us on the wrong side, passed us and about the same time a second car was pulling up beside us. The car going the wrong way narrowly missed hitting that car head on as well. I want to commend Kim, even though we were stopped at a red light, instead of relaxing, she was still paying attention to traffic around us. If she hadn't seen the car turning into us and laid on the horn, what was very likely a drunk driver (assuming this because of the late hour and location just off Broadway where all the bars are) would have hit us head on. I don't trust parking my new truck any where down town Nashville. It may not be there when I come back, or whatever. So, I park in the area of Nashville Palace or Cracker Barrel near Opryland and call these nice people up. It only costs $10 for the round trip which cheaper than Lyft or Uber. I used them yesterday by calling them up and saying I'm at Cracker Barrel and I will be sitting in at Cracker Barrel while I wait on their Shuttle to take me down town Nashville. Furthermore, I even sat in a rocking chair for a few minutes at Cracker Barrel while I waited on them. From what I know, they pick you up at the bottom of the hour in the Opryland area and take you DT Nashville. Then, they pick you up at the top of the hour DT Nashville to bring you back here. In other words, they can pick you up at 6:30, 7:30, 8:30 or whatever time you like as long as it is 30 minutes past the hour. Then, for example when you are ready to come back from down town(DT), they will pick you up at 9pm, 10pm, 11pm or whatever time you like up until 2am from down town. On scene: Here is what I did. I parked behind the Nashville Palace about 7pm. Then, walked over to Cracker Barrel and sat in rocking chair until they picked me up. I stayed down town Nashville for about 4 hours until I got tired of "bar hopping " and met the shuttle at 12 midnight to come back. Now, the place you get back on the shuttle down town is the same place you get back on the shuttle fir return trip. It just so happens to be the "round about" at the end of Broadway where Broadway ends at the river is where you meet the shuttle to get back on to get back to Cracker Barrel in the Opryland area. Then, I just walk over to my truck which I parked behind the Nashville Palace to go home. Pretty cool thing to do and not have to worry about parking DT Nashville. If you are a little early at the "roundabout" at the end of Broadway. There are seats in the "roundabout" while you wait. So, how cool was this. You can sit at Cracker Barrel and you can sit at the "roundabout " while you wait for the shuttle. I also had peace of mind about my truck while I was down town. So, I highly recommend this shuttle. I saw people parking all kinds of crazy illegal ways down town. You also have to worry about parking DT too and it can be high. read more

Don't EVER use these turds!!!! They dropped us off, gave us a card with a number that rang straight to voicemail. The voicemail said they don't answer the voicemail! Our pick up was over 10 minutes late and we were at our pick up 10+ minutes early. The bus blew past us even though we chased it down the street arms waving. Driver ignored us and kept going, leaving us abandoned and having to pay extra for an Uber during surge pricing. This company is an absolute scam and will leave you hanging with no recourse! Spend your money elsewhere! Would give -5 if I could! Even the hotel staff said the drivers are rude and they hate using them! read more

If I could give them more stars I would. This was our second trip to Nashville, so still learning the area. We stayed in the Opryland area, off of Music Valley Drive. Learned our second night about Music City Shuttle. For $10 per person, they pick up in the Music Valley Drive area at the bottom of every hour. Call ahead and make sure they have space for you. Upon pick up, you are given a ticket. They pick up in Downtown Nashville until 1 AM on the weekends and 12 AM weeknights. What a deal! The driver has tons of tips about Nashville. It's so much quicker and cheaper than an Uber or Lyft. We have totally based where we will stay from now on because of this shuttle service. Took the shuttle to the Grand old Opera and was told the bus would be outside after concert tot take us back. Came out and was told by others waiting for a different shuttle that the just left. Worst ride on a shuttle ever. The driver invited passengers to Bluetooth into the vehicle radio. We were subjected to loud, vulgar rap music for entire ride that 99% of the paying passengers did not enjoy. This is a decent ride for ten bucks. Beats an Uber but they lack timeliness and if you have more than a single rider the price may not be right for you. Nice drivers and it was a safe ride. CONVENIENT!! We camped at Two Rivers Campground and chose this site specifically because they had shuttle access to downtown Nashville. Used this service twice: 1st time) Cost was $10 per person, round trip. We got dropped off and picked up when promised and had no issues. 2nd time) Went downtown for the fireworks. $15 per person, round trip. Driver was very clear where we would be picked up afterwards. Due to road closures for the fireworks and downtown party, the pickup spot was different from drop off. After the fireworks were over, there were people EVERYWHERE and the corner for pickup was packed w/mostly drunk people waiting for a ride. Bless the driver's heart...he made his way through the crowds, kept a positive attitude, and dropped us off safely back at our campsite. We'd never been to Nashville, and the shuttle service was very convenient. Perhaps uber or lyft would have been cheaper, but for the ease and convenience during our vacation, it was worth every penny. Would most definitely use again. read more

Shuttle was an hour late picking us up. Driver told us return pickup times and location. Shuttle did not return on the hour. In fact, other people had been waiting an hour and a half when we arrived at the pickup spot. We waited another hour with them, still no shuttle!! We tried to call several times to find out where the driver was, no answer. We all finally had to call Uber and share a ride. Music City Shuttle is going to double prices starting today. When looking for mass transit options to get to the Nashville sites, we came upon this daily shuttle. It only goes from the Opryland resorts to downtown Nashville at the AT&T (Batman) building. The cost is $ 10 roundtrip and you need to make reservations on the return ride. We took it to go to the Grand Ole Opry and to the Gaylord Opryland Resort and the driver was great. They don't have a website per se but you can check out their Facebook page. read more

I've used this service in the past with no problems but the last time I used it was very problematic. I called them the Thursday before a concert on Sunday to ask them when the last shuttle was on the night of the concert. They told me midnight and that I should have plenty of time to get back to the shuttle. We arrived back at 11:15 and waited for 40 minutes, they pick up on the bottom of every hour. During that time dozens of other people who were also waiting for the shuttle were saying that they heard the shuttles ended at 9:30. So they abandoned dozens​ of people downtown Nashville with no way back to their hotel. We ended up getting a very shady taxi that cost us $70.00 for a 10 minute ride. I can't recommend this company to anyone because they are not dependable. read more

Great and reliable service for just $10/person return. We were able to leave our dogs in the RV at Two Rivers Campground with the protection of AC if temperatures got hot and enjoy the city. The minibus came within a minute of the promised time and the driver was very friendly. I love Monica. She's so full of southern spirit. It's cheap round trip. Monica was hilarious and will give you a nice five minute wait buffer if you are late.... and her phone number to aid you in any problems you have! I will say though, I feel like she's trying to trick people into tips though. I mean, she deserves tips but she said to us that she doesn't get paid and does the job just because she loves it, but if she and her husband own the company, I don't see how she wouldn't get paid anyways.
