Great. 1 week later I receive a call from them saying they would be out to treat my yard. I was a bit shocked because of my prior conversation. So I immediately called them back and to tell them. I didn't leave a VM because my kids were at each others throats so I just thought "I'll call them back again". And motherhood got the best of me, I spaced. The next morning the lawn guy shows up to my house which by the way was not the friendliest but no big deal, didn't think much of it. I told him that my other company had just come out to spray and the lady I spoke with told me it would be a few weeks. This man then goes and tells his company that I told him that I had another company that I was going with and didn't want their services, when I NEVER SAID THAT.... Then they called me and canceled services because I "made their guy drive to Syracuse to spray and declined it" I have a voice mail from Terry saying "we are in the area spraying and we will be by tomorrow" Jackie was a real gem on the phone with her attitude asking me why I let their lawn company drive all the way to Syracuse to spray. Completing contradicting Terry's voice mail the day prior. I have NEVER experienced customer service this terrible it was the most shocking thing. Please do not hire this company unless you want to work with ladies that contradict themselves, and are condescending on the phone.

The people they have working for them are great and easy to work with. They are always respectful and kind and go out of their way to do a great job. They are coming back in about a week, so we can get the trimming done. Wasps were bad this year, but they were even worse last year.
