They will come and respray if your still seeing bugs, yes but that does not mean the respray will do anything different than the initial spray. I called to cancel service. The girl that answered my call talked me into just one more spray saying she promised it would make a difference and it did not. Knowing that I canceled further treatments. Then I get home from work yesterday to a notice they came and sprayed again. Automatically charging another $75 out of my bank. I called she said I needed to call again and cancel but did not so they would be charging my account I allowed them to spray every 4 weeks since March. That's a chunck of change in their pocket. They do not follow instructions and fail to address the problem properly. I hired them for a mice extermination at a rental property. After the first visit, the tenants still reported seeing mice. When I called them back, they returned but told my husband the inside treatment wasn't necessary--despite my clear instructions that the inside needed to be treated. We have a little emesis bug problem in our area and they seemed to knock out most of them. These guys are no pressure and are just about doing business with the bugs. Highly recommend! I explained that I had hornets buzzing around our oak trees in the backyard and wondered if there may be a nest in the trees. She said she could send a technician out the next day during a 2 hour window. Cameron arrived on time the following day and explained that if he could locate a nest and spot treat it, Beeline would guarantee it for 30 days. Although he didn't locate a nest in the trees, he sprayed the trees and deck area thoroughly with a solution that is not harmful to humans, pets or livestock and to my amazement it worked. We had the usual suspects, beetles, spiders, and earwigs. I called Beeline and everything was a breeze. From the phone call/setting up the appointment to the next day service was great. Our technician Joe was great. A very laid back personality who listened to our issues and calmly proceeded to take care of it swiftly. He reiterated that the chemical was not toxic or harmful to children or pets, which was great because our toddler was watching and following him the whole time (LOL). He was also polite enough to respect our house rules of no outside shoes in the house, that was big for us. The service lasted no longer than 20-30 minutes and their price is extremely fair. The man who came spent less than 10 minutes on our property, and did not even spray upstairs where a primary concern of spiders in our bedrooms existed. After several calls to schedule our next service, I expressed our dissatisfaction of their services. The person who took my call said they understood and that we would no longer receive calls from the company. More than a year later, I received a statement in the mail requiring an early termination fee and notification that our account was over 90 past due and being sent to collections. I called to talk to someone to understand why we must pay a fee for a subpar service we discontinued with no notification of said fee. They simply repeated that we had entered a contract and agreed to this payment. We don't even live in the state anymore. No apologies for poor service, unsolicited recurring phone calls, or a required payment for services we didn't receive for a contract we signed unknowingly. The company happily took my credit card information over the phone to collect my $30. I hope that money was worth my first ever online review. I'm taking the time so others do not end up in the same situation we did. Alternatively, I would recommend Jeff Arnell with Columbia Pest Control with 6 stars out of 5. The only reason we ever tried Beeline after Jeff is because they said they had serviced our newly purchased home previously and I had misplaced Jeff's information. My mistake. Hindsight is 20/20. I contacted Beeline pest control through the Yelp App. They got back to me through the messages section fairly quickly. They asked for more details I replied and back-and-forth a few times. Once I decide to go with them we schedule a day and time. That was easy. Once the daycare, yesterday, the scheduled window was between two and 4 o'clock. So I made sure everybody was ready for their rooms clean and I was home in time. I hadn't seen anybody and it was 3:45. So I messaged them through the Yelp app again to ask if they were still coming. they replied back almost immediately to let me know that The employee would be at my house within a couple of minutes. He was just running behind because they had a couple of people call in sick and he had to cover. He did show up right before 4 o'clock. So technically he was on time. He talk to me about what he was doing ask what I needed, explained how it worked, and then got right to work. He was in and out of the house within about 15 minutes. Then he walked around and did the outside for another 15 minutes. He was very fast and efficient and did a great job. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. We have had Beeline service in our Park City home for over 6 years. The service has gone downhill lately. In the past the techs have been right on point and we seldom if ever saw a live pest! We on on our 3rd tech (TJ) and he just doesn't seem to be there. Poor communication, always has earbuds in his ears so you never know if he is listening, and we have seen more live spiders in the last year than we have in the previous 6. We have checked after he has sprayed inside and he has missed a room or two as there is no evidence of fresh spray. Wondering if we need to find another service. read more

The actual service was fine, but the technician (Jeremy) was unprofessional. He let himself in my house after completing the exterior spray - no knock, no doorbell. I have 3 dogs and they were a bit upset by a stranger entering the home unannounced. After he completed the service, he left both gates to my back yard open. I quickly realized 2 of my dogs were gone, and went out to find them. Luckily Jeremy got them before they went too far and put them into the yard via one of the gates he left open, BUT HE HAD LEFT THE OTHER GATE WIDE OPEN. By the time I realized what had happened, my dogs were long gone. While looking for my dogs, I found Jeremy parked down the street and told him that he had left the other gate opened and that the dogs were out again. He actually BLAMED THE GATE, telling me it was broken (it's not). Since he was able to open the gate, it stands to reason he should have either been able to close it or at least let me know that he needed help closing it. Instead, he just left it open. I called the owner of the company and told him what happened, and he said 'Well, your gate is broken, that's the problem.' Unfortunately, that's not the problem. Your technician is the problem. My gate is fine, it's latched and closed, and I was able to find my dogs. Now I just need to find another company to spray for spiders next time. read more
