No problem with the agency or Allstate except for Augustine's electronic switchboard. You can't seriously claim personal service and force clients to go thro an electronic switchboard that is tedious and unsuitable for more involved requests. At the very least provide an option to go direct to a person. read more

I was a customer of Allstate for 45 years and with Aaron Augustine, I think, since he took over this office. I had ONE claim on my auto insurance in , at least, the last TEN years. At renewal time, my PREMIUM DOUBLED!! I called to ask why and what could be done to lower it. I spoke with 4 or 5 assistants, having to explain over and over, FRUSTRATION BUILDING! Allstate had NOTHING to offer, so I canceled my auto insurance and went to Progressive. This office of AARON AUGUSTINE NEGLECTED to process my cancellation properly and a charge showed up on my credit card! More calls. The FINAL INSULT was, after CLEARLY explaining how UPSET and DISAPPOINTED I was, AARON AUGUSTINE did NOT call me directly or communicate in any way. That tells me that AARON AUGUSTINE DOES NOT CARE about a long time customer and will DO NOTHING to help his customers! I can NO LONGER RECOMMEND Allstate and must point out the TOTAL DISREGARD AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE from AARON AUGUSTINE SPECIFICALLY. read more

I had insurance through these folks until today. I am on the government do not call list. I received 2 solicitation calls from All State mid August ( calls trying to sell me insurance ). I called All State to get these calls stopped. I was told that the only way to stop the solicitation calls is to be on All States do not call list. I had myself added to the All State do not call list, and gave these folks another chance. The solicitation calls continued. I received another one this week. These folks obviously do not respect the government do not call list nor do they respect their own list. I will not do business with folks that think that illegal solicitation calls are ok. read more

This insurance agent is good for claim, quick and professional service. I cancelled my insurance before the renew date with a cancellation letter, but received a bill 2 1/2 month after cancellation for unknown reason. I called Allstate for this matter, they asked me for the new policy declaration and also even want to send the bill for collection. Allstate send me the bill wrote it's 3rd & final notice, but they did not send me any notice earlier. It's really make me upset for this matter. read more

My favorite insurance agency! Actually they have all my policies so they are my only insurance agency :). But they have them all for a reason. They answer questions quickly, and check up on me from time to time to see if I need anything. I have had a couple of claims and they helped me with that too. It's good to know I have someone I can talk with about my policies when I need help, and I know who they are, not random strangers on the phone. I expect to be with them for a long time. read more
