I am OK providing the necessary information but the process was very annoying because I frequently had to follow up with my agent to remind her to complete the next step. After about a week and a half, I stopped hearing from my agent about the quote she had promised. I reached out to her and asked if Farmers was going to quote my insurance. She said yes and yet another week has gone by with no contact from my agent. At this point I'd fed up with Farmers and don't want to do business with them. I got back way more than I expected, this was my first time doing my taxes with them and I'm glad I did because Israel hooked it up and helped me get a lot back. While my old tax person was barely doing the bare minimum and over charging me. In other words I found my new tax person that I know I can rely on!! They also help out people with bad driving record and sign them up to a program for bad drivers. This program allows you to pay 1/4 of what you are used to paying (a person with bad driving record).
