For something that should've been quick, it turned into an unnecessary wait, and that definitely killed the efficiency for me. They do have their own restroom, which is convenient, but parking is pretty tight because of all the busy shops around the area. Getting in and out wasn't as simple as I expected. Our primary contact, Tracey, routinely failed to return calls and emails. On multiple occasions, she admitted she had forgotten to follow up. We were also advised not to file claims that, based on information we later received, would have been in our best interest to pursue. Most recently, we requested a review of our policies and rates and discovered they had not been reviewed in nearly five years. We were told someone would get back to us within five days. More than a month later, despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls, we still had not received a response. What ultimately convinced us to leave was the complete lack of response from agency leadership. I personally reached out multiple times asking for Andrew to contact me to discuss our concerns and never received a return call or email response. We did not make the decision to leave lightly after being loyal customers for so many years. Unfortunately, we no longer felt our business was valued. I hope this feedback encourages the agency to improve its communication and customer service for future clients.

To rehash, I was provided incorrect information about coverage. Communication was horrible and follow up is horrible. After sharing my frustration over business lost and poor communication, Ashlin provided me with more options to meet my insurance needs. Instead of going on with her agency who had provided bad advice, I cancelled my policy that was useless for what I needed and asked for. At that time Ashlin began calling people she didn't know and asked them to not do business with me. She also unilaterally tried to cancel a second policy. I reached out to IDOI who communicated to me that since Ashlin did not ultimately cancel it she was not cited however, they stated, they advised her that her email was inappropriate and should not have been sent. She reportedly tried to say to them it was a "suggestion" but they felt it presented as though she was unilaterally cancelling it. She then slandered me here and on multiple other sites. She also called an insurer to tell them I was not being transparent with my intentions for my home, a false claim she's made over a dozen times. Not just was I advised incorrectly but when I did not agree to continue my business relationship with her, contacted IDOI and initiated a withdraw as a result, she began reaching out to unknown (to her) third parties and making false accusations and responding to accurate reviews with false comments that have negatively impacted me . Highly unprofessional, immature and caddy, in my opinion. Again, thank you for removing some of the most egregious and malicious comments - I am glad you realized your lie. I should not have to come on here and defend my character because you're choosing to defend your business with lies and defamation.....had you have just said sorry, like I asked, I would not have felt the need to write a review of the terrible experience. It's not the mistakes you made, it's how you handled them.
