The real issue hit at the end when their printer stopped working, which dragged the process out way longer than it needed to be. For something that should've been quick, it turned into an unnecessary wait, and that definitely killed the efficiency for me. They do have their own restroom, which is convenient, but parking is pretty tight because of all the busy shops around the area. Getting in and out wasn't as simple as I expected. Maybe they're doing quite well and only focus on those particular households that are looking for both. One would think it's a copy/paste response with an obvious error because the agent wrote something I didn't provide...that my daughter "may be moving out of state".
