After more than 15 years as customers with multiple hefy policies, we recently moved all of our…read morebusiness to another agency due to the declining level of service we received. Our primary contact, Tracey, routinely failed to return calls and emails. On multiple occasions, she admitted she had forgotten to follow up. We were also advised not to file claims that, based on information we later received, would have been in our best interest to pursue. Most recently, we requested a review of our policies and rates and discovered they had not been reviewed in nearly five years. We were told someone would get back to us within five days. More than a month later, despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls, we still had not received a response. What ultimately convinced us to leave was the complete lack of response from agency leadership. I personally reached out multiple times asking for Andrew to contact me to discuss our concerns and never received a return call or email response. We did not make the decision to leave lightly after being loyal customers for so many years. Unfortunately, we no longer felt our business was valued. I hope this feedback encourages the agency to improve its communication and customer service for future clients.
