I was nervous about the whole thing because I did not have a lot of experience with auto claim. They told me what to expect and calmed me down. They told me that my car was totaled. I had bought the car and had a loan on it. State Farm gave me a payout of $19,100 but my payoff on my loan was $24,000. I thought that I was going to have to pay $4900 out of my own pocket. Then Kurt contacted me and told me that since I had financed my car with State Farm that I did not own them anything more. Kurt told me that I had Payoff protector as part of my car loan. Kimberly was always very helpful and always very cheerful on the phone no matter how difficult the situation became. After two weeks of trying to get the insurance approved for my wife I was told by Anthem that the application was being denied.
