His behavior was rude and unprofessional he was aggressive in handling my fingers, snatching and pulling without any regard for my comfort. I'm unsure if he was having a bad day or if this is his usual demeanor, but it was unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect. Despite the poor service, I thanked him at the end, but he didn't acknowledge it. I repeated my thanks, yet he still ignored me. Frustrated, I asked the front desk for the manager's contact information and confirmed his name, Charlie. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.
