I've been a member with Allstate for quite some time now, and while it's been a bit tricky to get ahold of someone at times, when I had an accident, they were quick to respond and extremely helpful. Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Emma, and she truly went above and beyond. I was searching and calling around for quotes. Needing to shop around for Auto . This office near my house drove by many times. Glad I did. The manger Daniel ,greeted me and was very patient with all my questions. Shopping for quotes can me be some what overwhelming ,it a different language at times. I felt he understood my needs and set me up with a great plan. They also offer Life Insurance which I Definitely will be back to set my family careful with a custom plan. I went through a difficult process between March and August trying to restore my home due to water damage. I was disappointed that my agent didn't take my calls and was absent the entire time. I had the run around and many of the newer staff were inexperienced & unknowledgeable. I had my home dehumidified back in 2014 and did not experience the difficulties I had to go through in 2023. I'm not sure how to go about changing agents without possibly being penalized. read more

I leave messages to the staff to call me back and they never follow up ! We been a loyal customer since 2002 , but I got changed to this Agent since 20 years ago ! This Office and most of their worker are not professional, specially the Supervisors ! We been trying to update my mileage since 2020, always wrong information! I changed job and moved closer less than 5 miles from home and never got. updated! I did myself my paperwork and deal directly with AllSTATE and the issue never got resolved! At this point they are renewing our car insurance got rate change for 35% , even we haven't had any claims for our house , only one small claim that wasn't our fault like 5 years ago for one of our cars ! The absolute WORST insurance agent and office. The people that work in this office are the most unprofessional, incompetent bunch I have ever come across. My husband and I used to have our auto and renters insurance thru them and they didn't file our insurance correctly and we found out about 8 months later when my husbands DL was suspended. He ended up having to take 3 days total off work and deal with the dmv and it ended up costing us over $1000 with the time spent handing it and time off work and dmv fees. We had emails showing it was supposed to be set up correctly and their only answer was she doesn't work here anymore ‍ I'm sorry, what?!? These people are frauds and need to be shut down. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this office for your insurance needs. Every time I call, it is impossible to get ahold of them. Their customer service is of poor quality, and I just found out there have been many complaints about them. For those existing customers, you ARE able to change your servicing office to another Allstate office. It's virtually impossible to speak with someone, and when you do get a human after 20+minutes of waiting, they never follow up. Emails were never returned, no matter how much I pleaded. My insurance wasn't renewed because no one there followed up with the insurance company. One call or email by them would have solved the issue. It's just as well since I now have a better policy and for less money through an agent that does return calls and emails. Do business with Fuentes Family Insurance at your own peril. I was in a recent small accident my cheap geicio policy screwed me over they said I had full coverage geico didn't help during accident..... now I owe over 10K for a stupid bumper. Short story, I went to Allstate Daniel Agency in La Puente. I spoke with Cindy she explained geico was low price because I was underinsured (too late for) ....wow I wish I would have talked to Cindy before I hit a bumper. she got me real coverage plus many options for my kids. Plus is helping me were geico f/up Do yourself a favor and get real insurance talk to Cindy at Allstate La Puente, not those fake monopoly game insurance like geico, general or whatever low cost BS insurance out there....trust me you save in the long run with Allstate. I had an accident and it was resolved within a few days with no headaches, Constant email alerts and even texts notifications. Thats what i call good customer service. I like Allstate not only becouse my family trust them but becouse they are reliable. Ive had many times when ive been locked out or needed road side assistance and they where always there to help me. Im glad i was able to talk to one of Daniels agents Jose Sandoval when i was searching for a great insurance policy. I dont regret a thing but after an accident I had my premium went up, almost double, which is pretty insane considering the accident, might change sometime in the future but as of right now there great. read more

I'm going to start by saying that the agent that help me (Alex Acosta) had and excellent customer service but things change when I went to cancel my insurance they kept giving me excuses as why they couldn't cancel my policy. Towards the end the manger (Daniel Fuentes)told the agent that they can cancel it but there was going to be a cancellation fee of 10% of the whole premium ($90) so I decided to call All-State corporate to cancel it and right away they were able to help me out. I asked if All-State has a cancellation fee and they said no. The All-State in LA puente was just trying to rip me off with 90 $. Please don't come to this place and I'm really upset I how they try to rip me off I wouldn't trust this place at all.. read more
