Finally tonight I called the 800 number for State Farm to really see what I should expect. A half hour later they took all the information, police reports etc and filed a claim. If for no other reason that they don't say it's my fault. She did absolutely nothing! Will be leaving as soon as I can!

They have always been honest if they don't know the answer and call back after they find out a solution to my problem. So far I never had a claim thank goodness! So I can't answer how that process will be. There are some people in their office who don't seem to know how to connect. They come off rude or stand-off-ish on the phone. When I call them out on it, they do apologize. So I guess these people genuinely don't know how to communicate with others. I took a start off for those experiences.
