I've had nothing but issues trying to cancel my insurance. They then proceeded to take over $240 from my account as payment for a policy that I had cancelled, and I had already signed up for me w insurance. They only returned $94. This has been going on for about 4 weeks. And it takes While to get a response. Our old agent was excellent but she left the company a while ago. read more

They don't call back for days they doubled their rates and this year they went up $800.00

They are the absolute worst. They don't answer your phone calls or your emails. They don't deliver anything that they have committed to. And best of all they don't have the decency to apologize after completely dropping the ball. We have spent 3 days chasing them down and Jessica and Anthony communicate with you as though no mistake was made. Most of their agents are never in the office, they don't pick up your calls and be sure to have issues or emergencies only between 9am-5pm because they won't be available to help when there is an actual need. read more

Saves you time looking for the best rates, but they are not easy to reach and there have been multiple occasions of inaccurate representations (or if giving the benefit of the doubt, poor communication and misunderstandings) over the last couple years, so rather than continue to be frustrated and disappointed, we took our business elsewhere. My original mortgage company set me up with PCRG, so I assume that's how they get business rather than through people's actual experiences and positive word of mouth referrals. I had been paying for "business insurance" for four years only to discover it wasn't covering what I needed it to cover. Melanie Brown discussed my needs in detail and found an E&O (errors and omissions) policy that gives me the exact coverage I need. It's twice as much as I was paying for the other policy ($1000/annual v. $500), but this policy gives me 100% of the coverage I need versus the other one which was providing no protection at all. Melanie Brown is wonderful! I have all insurance policies with them

I bought a house a year ago and the agent knew someone and it was pcrg insurance. They did great and got me a lower rate on my auto/home insurance through travelers insurance. My renewal notice is up in a couple weeks and I noticed that my premium was going up about $600. So I called travelers and I was informed that I would have to make changes through the broker. I have never used a broker before I always took the 30 minutes out of my life to shop rates. So I found out that if I wanted to go directly through the insurance company it would be like I was shopping for insurance with the same company I already have. Then the person from travelers was told they don't know if they could even do that. I was very confused. So through 3 more calls with travelers I gave up. I got in touch with my agent at PCRG and she told me that it is t more expensive to go through us as I was told by travelers. This was on Wednesday February 7 the agent said they would start shopping. So I figured I would hear in the afternoon the next day at the latest. So I called the next day and was told it would be done today. Friday I got an email stating her boss was going to call me between 10-3 Monday and my first thought was " I didn't know this was Comcast". So I respond to the email and say 10 works for me. So Monday rolls around and I get a call from PCRG about my travelers insurance conversations. I said no one was rude i was confused on why I had to go through the process just confusion and didn't want anyone to get in trouble over nothing. I also stated I never heard from her boss who was supposed to explain to me about the rates. She said she would try and find out why. So that day I shopped around and spent the minimum amount of time on my own and dropped my rate $400 on my own through travelers insurance. Then I took a half hour more and found even lower rates through esurance. I said it was kind of sad that I did your job for you and I'm better at it. I asked the question what is the point of having an insurance broker and she couldn't answer it. I said I wanted to talk to someone important and she said no problem that they were in a meeting. I said can you give me an exact time to expect a call she said she couldn't. I said with the track record here probably won't even hear from them. She said expect a call on Wednesday. It is Friday and still haven't heard from anyone. Bottom line do yoursself a favor and just do it yourself. This is just another business that has no point except to provide customer service and they can't even do that. So from doing things on my own I went from almost a $2600 premium to a $1700. It's sad when all people care is about how much money they can get out of people. They smile and tell you how much they care until they get your money. So stay clear from PCRG. read more
