    From the time I moved to WV until now, I have not had one accurate interaction with them. I've…read morenever met Pam, as she has not ever been in the office when I was there, nor has she ever contacted me. Her team are either inexperienced, not motivated or just incompetent. They are very nonchalant and have messed up every transaction I have had with them. They screwed up my transition from another state and I went without insurance over the weekend after both I and the other agent called them numerous times to make the transition. I attempted to change beneficiaries (in person) and Devin did not follow the correct process -- I received a notice in the mail that the change was not complete and I had to fill out another form and take it to him. When reviewing my life policy, he could not explain the higher premium that I would have next year, but he did say I would not get a notice of it to change my payments - and thus default on the policy. He said he wrote down to call me, but in light of all the other mishaps, I'm not going to take that chance. I'm changing agents this week. Despite her huge billboards, Pam is not "here to make life go right".

    Kay is a very nice person and my issue doesn't stem from her. My problem is some members of her…read morestaff. After 20 years as a State Farm customer (8 years in that office) my auto policies were cancelled with no prior notice. When I finally did get a message from Sophia on 5/21/19, She stated I had missed a payment. I logged on to my online account to make this payment only to discover my auto policies had been removed. I called Sophia back and asked her what was going on. She explained that I had missed a payment but according to her computer, I was current accept that one payment. I asked her if she could reconnect my policies to my online account and would make the payment. She stated that she wasn't sure how to do this and would need to consult a coworker BUT she would get back to me by 5pm that day. I heard nothing until approx. 4pm the next day (5/22/19) Sophia explained that I didn't have access online because "they" were cancelled due to a payment coming back NSF. I asked her to clarify "they" and she said the payment. I asked her if "They" referred to the payments or my policies. She again went back to the payments. I finally asked her straight out if they had cancelled my policies and finally she said yes, as of 5/8/19. Upon telling her that I received no notice that this had occurred she quickly began to spout her "notes" that of course said they had made phone calls (they didn't), text messages (they didn't), and certified letters (they didn't and don't have a delivery conformation). when she realized her answers weren't going to cut it with me she sent me to Kelly. Kelly answered the phone, already on the defensive. She regurgitated the same nonsense that Sophia. When asked about the certified letter, she had no answers accept the "note" in her computer. By this time I have completely lost my patience due to her very condescending tone. I made some very inappropriate comments and hung up the phone. All of this was after, in January, Kelly refused to do a business policy for my new business because "State Farm will not cover a business that sells candles". I called the agency that covers my business and they had an auto policy done in about 45 minutes over the phone and via email. My homeowners will be moved in the coming week.
