I ended up only finding out about this after I was involved in a motorcycle accident. Being a motorcycle rider, there is absolutely no reason why I would have removed that from my policy. So this was done by one of the agents I have also paid for coverage over four months for a vehicle that I no longer own. They are glad to keep taking my money but have absolutely no excuse or explanation as to why they never canceled the policy for that particular vehicle. They will do anything to get you onto bare hook, and once they have it's all fun and games for them

First time I dealt with them was with my water heater having a small gas leak. They first service tech (no tools or truck) came in and after is inspection water heater began leaking water which it was not doing prior. His solution for fixing was tapping with a hammer. Eventually had to replace a part that he had to go out and buy. After being unable to address the and 125 fee nothing was resolved and a new contractor was sent out. New contract I was knowledgeable came in addressed it and had it approved for replacement of entire water heater. Although I had a policy I had to foot the bill for $750 in additional costs (modifications). I watched the guy do the work there were no modifications. Strike 1 Shortly after my washing machine began leaking first tech came out barely spoke any English so I had no idea what he was doing but determined he had to come back another day. He came back and replaced a part which did not solve the issue and also damaged the machine causing more parts to be needed. He left and I never heard from them again. New tech came out he diagnosed the problem HWA decided to replace washing machine. They offered $623 for a high end front load washing that originally cost 1100. After review from claim adjuster no change in offer. Couldn't find any front load dishwasher with same cubic feet within three hundred dollars. Then it takes 2-4 weeks to receive payment. Whole repair process took 2 months followed by weeks to receive payment They are a scam company only providing minimal reimbursement on appliances
