Last week, I called and made an appointment to have an energy chain link installed in my van. I explained clearly that I would be traveling from New York, about 80 miles, and I spoke with Rigo, who assured me they had handled this type of work many times before. When I arrived for the appointment, I handed over the van on time and spoke directly with the mechanic to make sure he understood what needed to be installed and how. Right away, I felt concerned because he did not seem familiar with the job. Still, I trusted them because I had been told they could handle the work. After about an hour, the mechanic could not locate the electric plug. My sister had to show him where it was, which made me even more surprised and concerned. If they had done this type of work many times before, I expected the mechanic to be more familiar with the process. After several more hours, nothing meaningful was completed. I was told they were calling someone else to help guide them, but still nothing was resolved. After waiting around five hours, I was finally told that the part I brought would not work and that they would have to order another part. I was willing to leave a deposit for the correct part, but then I was given a bill charging approximately $508 for diagnostic fees. I was shocked. I was not clearly informed upfront about this diagnostic charge, and after waiting so long with no repair completed, I felt this was completely unfair. In my opinion, the shop should have been honest from the beginning if they did not have the right experience or mechanic available for this type of work. Instead, I drove a long distance, waited for hours, left with the van still not fixed, and then was presented with a large diagnostic bill. The owner came across as a smooth talker, but based on my experience, I did not feel treated fairly or professionally. Overall, this was an awful experience. I would not recommend this dealership or repair shop. Anyone considering using them should be very careful and ask for all charges in writing upfront before leaving a vehicle there.

Right after I picked my car up l instantly noticed a vibration on the floor that had never been there before I brought the car right back they took it in the shop and said they rebalanced the tires I left and the vibration was still there they told me if was most likely the axel so I brought the car to Honda they replaced the axel and a few other parts but the bio was still there so they decided to try to remount the tires and when they opened the tires what a shock the rims were damaged and the tires that were brand new were damaged (see pictures below) I went back to this place talked to the manager and he was denying the whole thing said I hit a pothole sorry but a pothole won't do this. This is from the bar trying to get the tire on but he than told me to leave and he wouldn't do anything about it. So now I have to file and take them to court the worst part is I could have been killed

I left my car there for AC repair with absolutely no other issues, but when I went there to pick my car up the car won't even start. He had to keep my car and he diagnosed it on Monday, he couldn't figure it out so I had to get my car towed to near Honda facility. The honda diagnosed my whole car and gave me the estimate. If I had that issue before I wouldn't be able to drop my car off to repair AC in the first place. Now I have a very costly repair and this guy is not even taking responsibility, He doesn't even want to talk or listen, he doesn't even care. Absolute worst customer service. Please save yourself. He responds I am busy when I am trying to talk to him. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save yourself.

We had an urgent issue that required use of our car when an issue with the driver's seat door latch…read morethat popped up seemingly out of nowhere--terrible timing! We explained the situation to City Auto Body, and they came to the rescue! They made the repair while we waited, and for free as a gesture of "good luck!" It was so kind of them! The door issue is totally fixed, and it only took them about a half an hour!
