Then, my case was transferred. The new adjuster was dismissive, rude, and incredibly hard to reach. The following day, I called, ask to speak to the owner, his name is Josh, atleast that is the name they gave me. As I sit and write this review of them, I have not heard from Josh. Come March, I get an automatic email about my renewal. Immediately emailed back to remind them I had cancelled last year - no response. Automatic email in April telling me I will be charged for my renewal. Called and email them again - no response despite getting an auto reply that my email triggered a service ticket that I will get a response in 24 hours. Figured they were slow to respond because of covid and followed up again earlier this week (two weeks later), again another email notification but nothing. I have emailed customer service, the account manager I worked with (Ann) and Alexis and have also left messages. Radio silent. Ive been trying to get in touch with them for TWO MONTHS to remind them I cancelled my policy SEVEN MONTHS ago and have the paperwork for it but have yet to hear back from ANYONE at Click. Currently trying to get these fraudulent charges removed by my bank. Avoid this headache, just don't bother with these guys.
