Simply put, they do it all for you, making the process as easy and painless as possible. After collecting my information, they found the best rate for my needs, set everything up with the insurance company, sent me the paperwork for a signature, handled the payment via credit card, and emailed me my policy. Couldn't be simpler. When my policy was up for renewal this year, they contacted me and handled everything, even finding a cheaper rate with another company. I never had to visit the office, it was all handled via phone and email. Plus, I did plenty of research on my own and could not even come close to the rates they found. The representative I've personally worked with is Kristen Soo Hoo and she is the epitome of professionalism and kindness. This place is simply top notch and I highly, HIGHLY, recommend utilizing their excellent service.

Come March, I get an automatic email about my renewal. Immediately emailed back to remind them I had cancelled last year - no response. Automatic email in April telling me I will be charged for my renewal. Called and email them again - no response despite getting an auto reply that my email triggered a service ticket that I will get a response in 24 hours. Figured they were slow to respond because of covid and followed up again earlier this week (two weeks later), again another email notification but nothing. I have emailed customer service, the account manager I worked with (Ann) and Alexis and have also left messages. Radio silent. Ive been trying to get in touch with them for TWO MONTHS to remind them I cancelled my policy SEVEN MONTHS ago and have the paperwork for it but have yet to hear back from ANYONE at Click. Currently trying to get these fraudulent charges removed by my bank. Avoid this headache, just don't bother with these guys.

I was informed that people call all the time regarding the increase cost of their policies. The agent proceeded to talk to me as if she was upset. I inquired how they go about getting the new rates. The agent informed me that they have various ways. When I inquired if rates for customers who have not had accidents and vehicles that are garaged with low mileage are rated. She was very condescending and spoke to me as if I was a child. I asked her several times to please try to understand that I just wanted to know how and why my rate was approaching 3000 dollars. She was rude and informed me that her coworker was listening. She was terrible and at the end informed me that she would review my policy and call me back and hung up. Customer Service appears to be a thing of the past. My husband was in complete shock at this agents behavior. I tried to explain to the agent that I just wanted know how and why my rates went up to almost 3000. Be very careful when calling this company.
