Throughout the entire process, I always felt that he had my best interests in mind. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like I was being a nuisance. One of the reasons I initially reached out to John was because he is a Ramsey Trusted insurance professional. After working with him, I can see why he earned that designation. He focused on educating me, helping me understand my options, and finding the coverage that best fit my needs rather than trying to sell me the most expensive policy. Communication was excellent. Because of the nature of my job, I'm often unable to take phone calls and can only respond periodically throughout the day. John was incredibly accommodating, frequently communicating with me by text and making it easy to stay in touch. His follow-up was exceptional. After my policy was written, the insurance company requested documentation showing who was at fault in a couple of previous accidents. I had no idea where to begin, but once again, John stepped in to help. He explained exactly what documents I needed to obtain from my previous insurer and guided me through the process. He even followed up with the new insurance company on my behalf and called me back to confirm they had received everything. That level of service went far beyond what I expected, and I truly appreciated his help during what was already a stressful situation. Most importantly, John provided me with a fair and competitive quote. After comparing my options, I ultimately purchased a policy through him that another agent had quoted at nearly twice the price--for the exact same carrier, coverage, and policy. John is honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients. He helped me understand my insurance coverage and options better than any broker I have worked with in the past. If you're looking for a Ramsey Trusted professional who puts his clients first, I highly recommend John Wallace.

I have never had such a frustrating experience with an insurance company…read more ***Thankfully a woman named Gloria Delgadillo at this location was a godsend. She was such an amazing woman to work with. She fixed the mistakes Clinton Compton (worse agent ever) had made on my policy and explained everything to me. But here is my experience before Gloria: I called Freeway Insurance simply to change my deductible because my auto loan company notified me that my coverage was considered deficient and I was at risk of being force-placed into an additional $255 insurance policy. What should have been a simple request turned into a nightmare. I was hung up on SIX different times while trying to get assistance. When I originally called to update my policy after trading in my car, I was told I had to cancel my existing policy and start an entirely new one. This resulted in me having to pay an additional $750 just to keep coverage in place, on top of my regular payment that was due only two weeks later. The process and costs were never clearly explained. To make matters worse, I received notices in the mail stating that my policy was missing required vehicle photos. However, when I contacted customer service, they could clearly see that the photos had already been submitted and simply uploaded them to my policy themselves. So why was I being threatened with issues over documents they already had? The lack of communication, repeated disconnections, conflicting information, and overall disorganization caused unnecessary stress and wasted hours of my time. Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind. Instead, dealing with Freeway Insurance has been one of the most aggravating customer service experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend Freeway Insurance based on my experience.

My insurance was up for renewal with Bridger Insurance who was charging me roughly $700 total split…read moreat the beginning of this month and at the end of this month, which is why I wanted to make the switch because it's a renewal and I should not have to put a down payment again. I already had an issue last year with freeway insurance when I was charged $1,000 for insurance and a broker fee I was never told about. I spoke with Yvette Acosta this time who said she can rewrite my policy and it would be cheaper. I was charged roughly "$500 for the month". As I was signing the documents and reviewing them I seen another charge at the end of this month for roughly 300, which is more than my old policy to continue it. That's a total of 900 to start it. I asked to call back and I looked into it further and saw that the new policy was more expensive. What they did was ask for AN EVEN HIGHER DOWNPAYMENT to make my monthly payments look cheaper. I called back and to my surprise she was in "meetings constantly" after taking my initial $500 payment. After multiple attempts to speak with her I finally got through and confronted her about it. I was told that the payment was $500 this month of May. She was never transparent/clear that I was going to be charged an additional payment of $300 at the end of May. She was rude and told me she did not know where "my math came from". She added everything up herself and saw that this new policy was indeed more expensive than my old one. I asked for my $500 back which they submitted a claim but now can take up to two weeks. Don't come here! Not worth the hassle. I wasted 4 hours of my day.
