I have never had such a frustrating experience with an insurance company. ***Thankfully a woman named Gloria Delgadillo at this location was a godsend. She was such an amazing woman to work with. She fixed the mistakes Clinton Compton (worse agent ever) had made on my policy and explained everything to me. But here is my experience before Gloria: I called Freeway Insurance simply to change my deductible because my auto loan company notified me that my coverage was considered deficient and I was at risk of being force-placed into an additional $255 insurance policy. What should have been a simple request turned into a nightmare. I was hung up on SIX different times while trying to get assistance. When I originally called to update my policy after trading in my car, I was told I had to cancel my existing policy and start an entirely new one. This resulted in me having to pay an additional $750 just to keep coverage in place, on top of my regular payment that was due only two weeks later. The process and costs were never clearly explained. To make matters worse, I received notices in the mail stating that my policy was missing required vehicle photos. However, when I contacted customer service, they could clearly see that the photos had already been submitted and simply uploaded them to my policy themselves. So why was I being threatened with issues over documents they already had? The lack of communication, repeated disconnections, conflicting information, and overall disorganization caused unnecessary stress and wasted hours of my time. Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind. Instead, dealing with Freeway Insurance has been one of the most aggravating customer service experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend Freeway Insurance based on my experience. read more

I initially had a good experience at this location, but the service quality has declined significantly, and the office now operates with the same lack of accountability found in any poor customer service environment. Following a vehicle accident, I requested a policy cancellation from my agent, Steve. He explicitly promised to handle it and get back to me, but instead, he completely ghosted me. His failure to act in a timely manner resulted in me being charged for weeks for an insurance policy on a vehicle I could no longer use, causing me significant financial strain. I attempted to reach management at this specific location to rectify the situation, but those efforts were fruitless. I was only able to get the issue resolved after being connected to a different agent, Luis Alfonso de Santiago, who handled the task flawlessly and immediately. While I appreciate Luis's professionalism, the lack of accountability from the rest of the team and management in Azusa is unacceptable. I am actively escalating this to higher-ups and will continue to do so until this matter--including the financial impact of Steve's negligence--is fully addressed. read more

I wanted to write a review because I've been with freeway insurance a couple of years now. I was in a car accident not by my fault my car was completely totaled. I asked Mario Flores if I could add the new car that I got. He told me it would be better for me to get a new policy and to keep the car that was crashed in the policy he never notified me that there was going to be a $75 charge if I wanted to remove the vehicle. he suggested for me to keep it in the policy. he said I could just remove the vehicle later but he never notified me about the fee so I called to remove the crashed vehicle from my policy and they let me know that there was a fee I told the woman that I spoke to that Mario never told me about the fee she told me that was something they do not disclose . when "I signed the contract that it's inside the contract so I was notified." read more

This company is a rip off, you pay a broker fee that they take out automatically and then don't tell you, you are insured under a different insurance name and than you get a cancellation letter in the mail a month later. Because you were never set up for auto payments but the broker got paid. I tried calling this company since I received the cancellation letter to just be told I will get a call back. I called the blue fire insurance that I was under to be told I can be reinstated but had to go through another broker.. yes, I want to pay another 400 bucks. What a joke. read more

WORT COSTUMER SERVICE. CALLED TO HAVE A CAR I SOLD TAKEN OFF MY POLICY..THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS OF THE POLICY PERIOD. THEN once my policy renewed they removed my debit card from from, EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT ASK THEM TO, and now they're asking me to pay extra money to have it reinstated. When you call you get transferred to an answering machine and no one ever answers the phone. No one knows why something was done and no one can help. Very disappointed. An agent called gave us numbers and we asked to have a quote sent. She sent an email with privacy acts and no quote for Ins. I called the next day, they are not there. Sounded like they never heard of her. So the lady tried to help us and sent a quote. I had a few questions, she returned an answer so I asked to requote with added info. She never responded. I called, the guy said she wasn't at her desk, I asked for a voicemail, his response was she didn't have one. He put me on hold, I ended up hanging up and emailed her again. No Response!! What is going on? If this is a call center they should say so this way we know that anyone can help. But no response is not acceptable. Very disappointed. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Me and my boyfriend went in twice to pay in person. The lady that helped us both times, last name is Rasool and she had a nasty attitude both times. She asked personal questions that we dont need to explain to her. She kept asking why we couldnt pay through the bank and when she didnt have change she KEPT asking if we had cash.
