However, when it came time to modify the policy, it was nearly impossible to reach her or get any response from the company. I tried contacting both her and the company multiple times--if you're lucky, you might get a response, but then it's back to radio silence. Eventually, the insurance company (Steadily) removed this agency from their network. I'm just glad I never have to deal with this company again.

And thus, this experience which included being completely ghosted has put me off from ever doing business with or recommending Gleetopia. My Mom would continuously have to come into the office to ask for an update on the refund and Patricia instead of doing her job prolonged it further and further until it got to the point where Patricia yelled at my Mom because of the amount of times my Mom had to come in to the office to ask about the status of the refund. This is obviously because YOU TAKE FOREVER ! Patricia, if you would have just done your job in the first place my Mom wouldn't have had to check in as often as she did on her refund. I think it's disgusting how you'd treat someone like you did espically someone whose literally paying to be YOUR customer. Called AAA to get another tow truck. They couldn't find anyone to take the job. I called a private company who came out and took care of it. AAA called at 7:30pm and said the tow truck was "15 minutes away". By this time it was dark, and I already had a tow company working on the issue. Have been a member for 30 years.
