The office is on South Boulevard, just off Independence. The building has a dedicated parking lot. So getting into the building is easy. I saw no elevator, stairs were required to get to the second floor. The lobby was very inviting. Christmas decorations made it feel warm and friendly. There was a receptionist desk. But a signed indicated that it wasn't manned. So I stepped in. I was meeting with the agent to give her a check for the Policy we had arranged. They take credit cards but charge a 2% fee for them. They also charge a $50 processing fee. All of that made me feel uncomfortable. It wasn't the type of insurance company experience to which I was accustomed. It wasn't too long before she determined that the liability policy we had settled on wouldn't work if the rental property was still in the process of restoration. She called another company & submitted an application, telling them it was a Rush. When I hadn't heard from her by the end of the day I called. She didn't take my call, instead telling the person who answered the phone to tell me she didn't have an answer yet. I'm accustomed to more personal service. I went through a sleepless weekend, thinking I didn't have liability insurance on a property under construction. By noon on Monday I had to call again. Same experience...... When I asked for my agent I was told she didn't have an answer yet. The rest of the process went smoothly. She called mid-afternoon with an affirmative answer. I was also told that they were waiving the $50 because of the inconvenience. She was polite, accommodating & checked with me on other insurance possibilities for the property. I hope this is how the rest of my relationship with this company will go.

The online app is easy and payment was quickly accepted and email confirmation gives you an immediate membership number. The price points are very affordable and if just one service for tow is used it's paid for. I did use one service just days after activating for my sons car that would not start at my home. The call was handled professionally. A driver was dispatched and I received text alerts with status. Unfortunately the tow took almost two hours. The original driver was switched for some reason and a second was dispatched. The second driver responded in less than 30 minutes. The driver was professional and knew what he was doing. I tipped him a ten spot. He got the car into the shop. I received an email on my experience after the service. I had high marks for most, but the wait time was a huge pitfall. If my son had been off the side of the road for two hours I would have been very upset. Although I had a hiccup with dispatch that I suspect is rare I would still recommend AAA. It's very affordable and the peace of mind with the services provided is worth it to me. 3.5 rounding up.

I worked with Josh Duncan who is an associate of Seamus'. I did however get to meet Seamus and he's very friendly. Josh is great. He's knowledgeable and very helpful, and is easy to talk to. They will do a rate check for you just to see what they can save you. Sure enough he was able to get me better coverage at a lower monthly rate that Allstate just couldn't touch, and I asked too! Moral of the story is it doesn't hurt to check, maybe Josh can save you some loot too!
